Frank Pennisi Louis is very helpful and passionate about what he does. He really knows the law through and through. He is working with me on a case to help me get my dog back from some people who adopted him from the Santa Barbara Country animal shelter, who’s employees ignored me when I told them many times that I was cutting my vacation short, and taking a last minute flight back to Santa Barbara to pick him up. One of the approval steps from the immigration office for my green card process, was lost in the mail for 11 months.
