cruz salazar If I could give a zero I would because of the TERRIBLE customer service. We were told the wait was about 50 minutes so we put our name down and walked around the mall. We had a 40 minute drive just to go to Pandora so we waited. We checked in 20 minutes later and the girl said there was still 14 people in front of us. We then waited another 20 and she said there was 5 people in front of us. So we waited nearby for like 10 minutes. Our name was not called. We went up to check our standing and we noticed there was a different girl now that took over. When we went up we asked for our place in line and she was just so rude. She said that our name was not on there and there’s nothing she could do about it. We explained to her the situation and asked if the other person was still there so she could see it was us. She said no that she’s not on the clock anymore. I asked if there’s anything they could do I explained the frustration of waiting an hour. She said no I could go back on the list and wait again. I told her can I speak to a manager someone superior to you because this is insane. She said the lady who attended us was the manager. Just terrible customer service completely disorganized.

There selection of products is great and the jewelry is really of very good quality. Ive was financed with my poor credit and with a very low monthly payment plan! Ive found my lifetime jeweler!

Thomme Ray I was in search for a jewelry store that does jewelry repair to service two old watches- one of sentimental value from my grandmother. Upon entering the store, I was warmly greeted by Becky and Matt. Found out Matt is a fellow musician and our personalities gelled immediately. Wonderful selection of items and nice inventory. I highly recommend!

I came in like 5 times trying to decide what engagement ring I wanted and every time Kassandra was so helpful and understanding. She helped me pick out my perfect ring and went by my budget. My wife and I came in for our wedding bands and we were met with the same hospitality. Kassandra was so so so helpful and I really appreciate her!!
