cruz salazar If I could give a zero I would because of the TERRIBLE customer service. We were told the wait was about 50 minutes so we put our name down and walked around the mall. We had a 40 minute drive just to go to Pandora so we waited. We checked in 20 minutes later and the girl said there was still 14 people in front of us. We then waited another 20 and she said there was 5 people in front of us. So we waited nearby for like 10 minutes. Our name was not called. We went up to check our standing and we noticed there was a different girl now that took over. When we went up we asked for our place in line and she was just so rude. She said that our name was not on there and there’s nothing she could do about it. We explained to her the situation and asked if the other person was still there so she could see it was us. She said no that she’s not on the clock anymore. I asked if there’s anything they could do I explained the frustration of waiting an hour. She said no I could go back on the list and wait again. I told her can I speak to a manager someone superior to you because this is insane. She said the lady who attended us was the manager. Just terrible customer service completely disorganized.
