Larry Tramer I recently had to make changes to my autopay and policy declarations, so I called Susans office and got Jullien Pimentel to assist me. He was very friendly and efficient, and for a technophobe such as me, extremely patient, understanding, and helpful. He told me he had to consult with Susan on a policy change, and that he would call me back. And sure enough, he called me the next day with good news - my policy change would save me some money.
I have had State Farm for over 20 years, and they have provided excellent service. I have only been with Susan and Company for 5 years, but their service is just as comprehensive and friendly as Ive had anywhere. Good job Jullien!
