Timothy Reyna After a recent move from Arizona to California I was quickly caught off guard with how difficult it was to find renters insurance in the state of California. After several failed attempts, I decided to work with Brant and his team at SLO Insurance Services. He quickly found us a policy to fit our needs and was able to bundle it with our new auto policy as well. Brant even went as far as speaking with our new landlord to clarify how the renters policy does cover certain items that were of concern to him. Larry Tramer I recently had to make changes to my autopay and policy declarations, so I called Susans office and got Jullien Pimentel to assist me. He was very friendly and efficient, and for a technophobe such as me, extremely patient, understanding, and helpful. He told me he had to consult with Susan on a policy change, and that he would call me back. And sure enough, he called me the next day with good news - my policy change would save me some money. I have had State Farm for over 20 years, and they have provided excellent service. I have only been with Susan and Company for 5 years, but their service is just as comprehensive and friendly as Ive had anywhere. Good job Jullien!
