[solidcore] Santa Monica

Yamit Florentin A friend of mine told me about Solidcore after I mentioned it to her, I noticed they were on ClassPass. She said she saw a change in her body and that the workouts at Solidcore made her much stronger. On ClassPass, one session here cost me 14 credits (!), so Im guessing they are highly recommended and requested by the fitness community. I scheduled a session for Sunday at 8 a.m. with Anthony. This wasn’t the beginner class, but still, I could do most of the movements with Anthony helping me adjust the Pilates reformer machine. He mentioned that they offer a beginner class where the instructor cues the breaks, the lights are on, and they take it slow. Even if you are in good shape, you will find Solidcore workouts to be challenging. I can definitely see how it could make your muscles stronger, toned, and defined. Overall, it was a great experience, Anthony was motivating and very helpful. He is new to the studio, so give him a try! Victoria Wells Jen is great, she stays attentive in the class addressing any improvements and safety tips to veterans and newbies alike. From the first class she remembered my name which I always find impressive as that’s something I struggle with. Her self demos are appreciated and adjusting music based on vibes I love. Her leadership is unmatched, willingness to foster a true and sincere community is something that we need as women in safe spaces as well as society at large. A perfect balance of training for the mind, body and heart.

Susan Ryza Have been working out weekly with Paul at Phit Pro for almost a year & I’m really enjoying my experience. The gym is clean and comfortable, trainers are extremely friendly, has a local feel, equipped with everything I need to get a great workout & feeling benefits from my training. Plus, training with Paul is fun - I’m not sure how but I suffer & enjoy my workouts simultaneously. I’m so happy I found Phit Pro and highly recommend it!

AAYEESHA ESSUE I absolutely love BoxUnion! I’ve been coming here since late January and it’s still one of the best parts of my routine. The staff is amazing-friendly, down-to-earth, and genuinely supportive. Unlike other gyms that can feel a bit pretentious, this place feels real and welcoming. Aviator Nation RIDE

Nure Tamanna I started going to Aviator Nation this summer and I have to say its one of the best studios in the area. Ive attended boxing and yoga classes (have yet to take a ride), and I really enjoy the small group sizes, attentive instructors and their approach to taking things at your own pace. I feel like I get a solid workout every time without being intimidated by the complexity. The space is clean, tucked at the back of the store, so you are working out in a private space and not in full view from the streets. The custom combo locks are super helpful and towels are readily available for use. Best to bring your own wraps/gloves, yoga mat, and spin shoes... but the cost to borrow is not too high if you do need them. Highly recommended!

secher Cham Best gym in Los Angeles. Above and beyond comparison, best gym I have ever seen up until now. Plus they have a weekly pass:) The state-of-the- art equipments using AI are amazing and this is such a great experience. Furthermore the gym’s hygiene level is very high! I strongly recommend everyone to be a member as it is also not a crowded gym
