Shirley Claire Excellent service provided by the store manager. I bought a new watch for my husband as a Christmas present. The store manager personally set the time, boxed and wrapped the present beautifully. I knew the watch would be too wide for his wrist, because hed recently been hospitalized and lost weight. Pooles provides free link removal and battery replacement whenever needed. We took it into Pooles after Christmas. Links were removed immediately. My husband likes his new watch, and he wears it all the time..

We have always wanted rings to match our almost 10 years of marriage. Carlos was amazing and so helpful. He showed us lots of options that fit our taste and was never pushy. He was super informative and incredibly kind. We love that the men’s ring selection had a thicker band and black diamonds. (That is completely his style and he loves it). My rings are so beautiful!!!! Like, so beautiful. Carlos found us the best deal and even thanked my husband for his military service. Shireen Carlson They did an incredible job fixing very sentimental antique jewelry. They also made our wedding bands, which we both love and which are perfect for us. When I first came in to look at engagement rings, they took the time to inform me rather than sell me. Even though we ultimately had to buy the engagement ring elsewhere, I got a better quality ring because of their help. We are just regular working class wage earners, but got a fair price from them every time. I wont take my jewelry anywhere else. I trust them.
