Rosa Hernandez Just completed my first 6 week challenge successfully and here’s how my experience went:
1:1 Coaching w Karina- You’ve gotta be honest with yourself and her during the check ins. She does a great job at providing workarounds to meet goals and is supportive as long as you give her the full picture.
Meal plan: Easy & self-explanatory. I found it easiest to stick to alternating the same two meals & that helped keep me on track. Karina had good suggestions on meal recommendations.
Classes/exercise: Love the flexibility of the class schedules & attend 3 times in a row, one rest day. I came in with some knowledge of some of the workouts but felt more comfortable as the challenge progressed. Not all the coaches check for form/check in so I found it helpful to flag a coach down if I wasn’t 100% sure on my form to avoid any injury or back pain. Larry’s classes are the most challenging but all coaches provide strong & inspiring classes. My favorite part of attending is that everyone comes in with 110% effort & it’s motivating/inspiring.
I would recommend this for people like myself who need accountability & support in reaching weight loss goals. No one can do the work for you, but The Camp does a great job at setting you up for success.
