1 /5 Hilary: I was a member here for a year and a half. Time after time it was clear upper management didnt care what happened at this location, and didnt prepare on site leads for how to problem solve while providing hospitality and customer service. I understand the y is community based organization run by young adults, but when upper management hears over and over again that this is no order, staff are talking and horsing around while classes are happening, and spaces are double booked and staff are rude when this happens because leadership hasnt given them direction it is time to take your family membership else were... the out door pool isnt worth the frustration I feel leaving the gym. The child watch staff is amazing, Kathy the water aerobics instructor is top notch, and Kristina one of the life guards is a gem, but everything else makes you feel crazy. If you ask a question the answer is always check the website. Then you show them the website doesnt have the information but there is no effort to find the answer. I could go on, but I will spare you. P.S. you cant cancel your membership via the website or app you have to email someone who doesnt respond to you so make sure you watch your credit card statement to make sure they stop charging you.
