Muay Thai Kickboxing Gym

Stephanie Cassis This is an awesome gym that comes with a great workout and a super welcoming vibe. Today was my first day and I was extremely happy that I got to punch, kick, and learn some snazzy combos. The training was hardworking, but a lot of fun. Coach Mike was a great instructor and Jennifer was super helpful. I highly recommend for anyone looking to learn Muay Thai, kickboxing or just get in great shape!

Tylers Gym

Tri Dao After 3 years of not working out, got back into the gym. I wanted to ease back into the routine to prevent injury and build skills. It has been 6 months, and the progress has been great. Tyler did a great initial assessment and created a plan. Ive mixed 1 on 1 sessions with group classes, and both have been great. The personal sessions allow for fine tuning my form and focus on troubling areas. Then I use the group classes to maintain momentum and build strength. Tyler is a great trainer. Keeps me motivated, maintains detailed notes to track progress, is mindful about my body mechanics, and doesnt push past my comfort zone. Hes made workouts fun, and I look forward to what is new at each session.

Strut Fitness Studio

Yelena Sanamyan Strut Fitness studio has changed my life. With Jason’s help I’ve lost over 25lbs and gained all the confidence in the world. I look good and I feel good, all thanks to Jason. Besides exercising he has guided me and many others how to live a healthier lifestyle, how to meal prep and stick to it. Through the 30 day challenge not only have I had amazing results but have also gained an army of people who support and motivate each other to reach their goals.

Rose Gold Fitness

krissy kenney I cant get enough of Rose Gold Fitness! I truly look forward to going each day! The owner and the coaches help me be my best. I love the customization of my workouts and have had amazing results! We have a great community here and I have made so many friends! I am so happy to have this gym in my life! I could have never achieved the results I have had so far without them! Their knowledge and nutrition advice is a big part of it, but their motivation, encouragement and personal touch is what really helped me reach my goals!

Mikel Avila Once again, Sage Fitness( Jack of all trades, master of all) brings a new way of training facility. A private membership gym that promises art of state equipment, exclusive minimum access so members can workout without having to wait for machines and as usual, free service of towels, water, coffee and amenities to make your experience flawless. Sage is always accessible and a phone call away to address any issues or concerns that may arise (where most gyms lack of attention is evident). The nicest owner-trainer I have ever met in my life experience at gyms ( 20 plus years). You will not regret your decision once you try this new facility or his other locations

Crunch Fitness - Burbank

Adam Wolf This Crunch is everything I need and more. Never crowded in the morning, friendly staff, plenty of towels, clean showers and locker room, convenient location, plenty of equipment and free weights, and well maintained. Good vibes too from other regulars. I just needed somewhere on my way to work to get my workout in with nothing or no one getting in the way of that and this place hits the spot. I sometimes go to a non-signature Crunch closer to my house and theres definitely a noticeable difference between the two.

Functional FitBody

Dylan Jensen I have been working out with Bader for nearly 1 year now. At this point, I consider Bader to be not only my trainer, but my friend. He has provided me with exceptional guidance and support in my fitness journey. My level of fitness has improved dramatically during my time with Bader, and I look forward to every session I have with him. I was able to reach my desired weight in a quick time and healthy fashion, and we are continuing to improve my strength and conditioning each workout. Bader helps you set your fitness goals, provides extensive and personalized fitness plans, and pushes you each session to help achieve those goals. On top of his excellent work as a trainer, he’s an absolute pleasure to work out with. He’s a remarkably accepting, and supportive person and makes everyone feel comfortable in the gym. He is a great motivator and makes working out and staying healthy fun. I plan on being with Bader for the long run, as I’ve never felt more fit and have never had such a fun time doing it. I highly recommend Bader to anyone seeking to improve their fitness level.

Sebastian Ive been training at DEFCON Athletics for a few months now, and I have to say, its been an incredible experience. Vaz, the head coach, is hands-down one of the most knowledgeable and motivating trainers Ive ever worked with. He really takes the time to understand your fitness goals and tailors workouts to help you achieve them. The gym itself is well-equipped with everything you need for strength, conditioning, and functional training. What really sets DA apart is the community vibe—everyone is super supportive, and Vaz fosters an environment where youre constantly pushing yourself but also having fun. Whether youre looking to get in shape, improve athletic performance, or just need that extra push to stay motivated, Defcon is the place to be. I’ve seen real results and couldn’t be happier with my progress!

Fitness Forum

Erik Gharibian I met Henry about 2 years ago when he joined as one of the athletic coach’s at Burbank High school. From the first day he’s always been full of great and positive energy training our players and offered to train me as well. I’ve been training with Henry for 2 years now working on speed, agility strength and have learned and seen massive improvements. As a soccer player I never really went to the gym and thought it was a waste of time but Henry has taught me the importance of off the field work, how to fuel my body, and most importantly take care of my body. He’s positive energy and motivation has kept me pushing and wanting to train more with him. He always pushes me to reach my maximum potential and he truly is the best trainers out there.
