5 /5 Kimberli Coons: Great customer service and super fast turn around. I was a little worried ordering through the mail but it was much better than I could have expected! I did mess up on my first mold and just went to the local jewelry shop and paid them $60 to make a mold instead of keep trying, it was definitely worth it.

1 /5 Cherissa Cherissa: Made my grill crooked and blamed it on my teeth. Ordered a heart, got a regular grill. Rude customer service. Choose another company if you want to get what you ordered and it to be straight. They make mistakes and blame the customer. Do not recommend.

1 /5 Bibby: Ordered my grill 4 weeks ago, been texting, emailing, calling, very few replies and no answers or even attempts to answer questions about anything. I sent them my stone aka the official mold so my grill should take less time out of anyone’s. Don’t buy from this place I’m finna have my bank put a claim on this and do an investigation.
