Blink Fitness Burbank

Kyle Duarte Gym is well stocked, especially with a nice variety of free weights and dumbbell increments. As others mentioned, the bathrooms could use some maintenance. I found the music to be way too loud, so much that I had trouble talking with others.

CrossFit Montrose

Kyle Johnson Ive been going to Crossfit Montrose for a little over 2 months now and absolutely love it. I have no prior Crossfit experience, and havent really worked out in over a year. I was looking for a place that was both motivational, and challenging and have found a great fit at CF Montrose. I started with the Foundation classes with Megan who is super knowledgeable and friendly! She met me where I was in my fitness experience, and really helped prepare me for joining the full classes. Now that I am in the classes, the workouts are challenging, but you can scale them to whatever level you want. I leave the gym feeling accomplished and humbled at the same time. I cant recommend CF Montrose enough. The classes, coaches, and people are all really amazing and I am happy to be apart of a great community!!

DEFCON Athletics

Sebastian Ive been training at DEFCON Athletics for a few months now, and I have to say, its been an incredible experience. Vaz, the head coach, is hands-down one of the most knowledgeable and motivating trainers Ive ever worked with. He really takes the time to understand your fitness goals and tailors workouts to help you achieve them. The gym itself is well-equipped with everything you need for strength, conditioning, and functional training. What really sets DA apart is the community vibe—everyone is super supportive, and Vaz fosters an environment where youre constantly pushing yourself but also having fun. Whether youre looking to get in shape, improve athletic performance, or just need that extra push to stay motivated, Defcon is the place to be. I’ve seen real results and couldn’t be happier with my progress!

Bünda Glendale

K S I couldnt be more thrilled to have discovered the Bunda studio in Glendale! The classes and instructors are incredible. The workouts are challenging and motivating. And the front desk staff always provide excellent service. Rebecca has been especially helpful throughout my time at the studio. Grateful to have finally found a workout that I genuinely enjoy so much.

Anh Tran ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We tried Legacy BJJ after a colleague recommended it, and it’s been amazing! Our 4-year-old son, Paxton, is usually shy, but the coach helped him come out of his shell and made him feel comfortable by the end of his very first class. He’s now in the Tiny Champs program, on his second week, and absolutely loving it! We love watching him learn and gain confidence each class. 10/10 recommend!

USA GYM

Eric Markaryan I have been coming to the USA Gym for 5 years. The staff and owner are super friendly, always greeting me like I’m part of their family. The gym is super convenient with their hours, allowing me to work out at anytime with my mixed work schedule. The gym constantly has maintenance workers that keep the gym clean, and organized. I look forward everyday to my workout because of this gym.

Fitness Forum

Erik Gharibian I met Henry about 2 years ago when he joined as one of the athletic coach’s at Burbank High school. From the first day he’s always been full of great and positive energy training our players and offered to train me as well. I’ve been training with Henry for 2 years now working on speed, agility strength and have learned and seen massive improvements. As a soccer player I never really went to the gym and thought it was a waste of time but Henry has taught me the importance of off the field work, how to fuel my body, and most importantly take care of my body. He’s positive energy and motivation has kept me pushing and wanting to train more with him. He always pushes me to reach my maximum potential and he truly is the best trainers out there.
