Retha Morton Highly recommend Fusion Fitness. I had never found a workout program or community that keeps me coming until I found Fusion. The workouts Dawn has prepared and teaches here are everything I have been looking for. Dance cardio workouts are so much fun it’s hard to remember it’s a workout. Not to mention the amazing women that are here have now become family. 10 out of 10.

Mallory Matteo This gym feels like family!!!! It gives a small town vibe and The staff are all absolutely the SWEETEST!!! They remember details about you, and really go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. I always leave feeling so supported!! Christian especially is a rockstar- she is sooo empathetic and the biggest cheerleader. If you need to be gassed up- she’s your girl!!! Thank you training zone for all the love!!

Megan Sandiforth I have been to many gyms and fitness studios over the years but have never gotten the results that I have achieved by attending Fit Culture! The atmosphere is fantastic and comfortable and allows me to give it my all in class. Joey is a great trainer and has helped me transform my body over the past few years. If you haven’t checked this place out yet, you need to!!

Ezekiel OBrien The kindness and community fostered by Mariah is phenomenal. Last week, she had a studio party and brought in her wonderful mom, a top-notch caterer, to cook delicious Korean food, and her grandmother. I have brain damage and really dont like the cross-talk of parties, but some of the souls at Warmth are so resplendent that I just locked in and had lovely conversations. Mariah is one tough, loving soul, so she doesnt need anyone to defend her. But client communication is a delicate matter. Its a trip when the fast-paced hustle culture meets the slowdown of good yoga. If youre Type A and think instructors are there to serve you, Warmth probably isnt a fit. Instant responses in yoga and massage are counterintuitive to the message. What you will get at Warmth is top-quality instruction with heart. My favorites are Amethyst, who goes all in on astrology as well as great breathwork. Brandon is one solid dude and fits right in with the feminine tantrika vibe that Mariah embodies; he cares a ton about every soul in his classes, and they are often packed due to his sweetness. And Kaci, I wish I could stay up late on the regular, because her sultry, smooth dancing style of yoga is so much fun. I highly recommend Warmth and feel quite motivated to speak kindly about the creation.

Ellie Vi Came for open gym 12-1:30 and my 3 year old and one year old had so much fun! We didn’t know that my daughter isn’t allowed to wear a dress and she was pretty sad about it but they provided a leotard she could borrow and we’re super friendly when we were helping convice her to put it on. So grateful for their kind costumer service and patience!

s Zig Wow! what a great find. I came across this store online when I was searching for a Beyond Yoga jacket that was out of stock in many places. I ordered from here for the first time and I was so impressed with the fast shipping time and the nice packaging. Great store and I will add it to my list of go to shops for my workout and leisure gear. Thank you for surprising me in a good way!

Steve Ellis This is the place to achieve your fitness goals if you want motivational coaches with tons of fitness knowledge to help you get there. The Lifting Vault is totally loaded with the best equipment. JP and Sarah treated us like family from the start!

nicholas somers Such a sick gym with amazing staff and super good prices on day passes. They have everything you could need from cardio equipment, to free weights, to dumbbells, to pin loaded and plat loaded machines. I’m a real sucker for a “old school powerhouse” gym and Ironworks is definitely IT! Will be coming back here for sure next time I’m in town!!

Gabi Aleman Great little neighborhood healthclub with spa services. I like yoga with Joy and see Abi for facials. They also offer virtual class attendace which appears popular as last class had mix of equal parts in-person and virtual attendees. They also offer massage, accupuncture and personalized fitness training. I have not used the equipment, but it has a good selection of weights along with bikes and treadmills. Membership is quite affordable. Facility is kept clean and well maintained.

Brian Schinski 10th planet is dope. The Oakland location has been like my second home and I’d highly recommend training at the Grass Valley Gym also. Great team and great classes! Everyone is really welcoming/supportive, plus lots of high level competitors.
