Christina Salama I had my engagement ring and wedding band custom designed at this shop. While I had one experience at the time, my experience going in today was so refreshing. Christina promptly attended to my repair (removing the beads to re-size the bands). I also inquired about whether it needed a deep clean and replating the white gold. she took a look at my rings and gave me honest feedback on the service that needed to be done. Not only that but the jeweler on site was able to complete the repair while I waited. They were also able to assist with a necklace that I purchased elsewhere needing a small repair. Although Christina was in an appointment, she treated me with patience and respect and didn’t rush me with my questions which will absolutely keep me as a repeat customer. Ruby Christene Upon reading the stellar reviews of Sam Jewelry I decided to have my special custom 925 Silver Hawiian Heirloom Bracelet resized I showed Sam the bracelet because of the continuous floral design he wasnt sure if it was a good idea so I brought it in and we discussed it, he was able to accomodate me, to take some off without disturbing the design. Oh My :) when I received my bracelet today I was Over Joyed it looked fabulous he took a little more than a inch it was aprox a 9.5 Bangle and turned it into a 8.5 which was perfect I gave him another one for him to go by and he matched it perfect!! It took 2 weeks exactly and it was worh the wait he is "Magnificent". I was so happy to see it again the perfect size I wanted. Thank you Sam for your impecable work. The entire staff at Sam Jewelry is fabulous the lady who waited on me today was such a doll. You can tell he knows his craft. He went above and beyond in assisting us, find the best choice that fits our liking and budget. The store has so many amazing choices you can choose from. Tam Do Okay, so I had a vision for a ring. It was peculiar. A little weird, and definitely a tricky custom job. I was fully expecting to get some strange looks when I described it, but the team at South Coast Jeweler was completely unfazed. The owner and jeweler took on my little project and treated it like a proper collaboration. It felt less like a retail transaction and more like we were just working on a project together. They listened to my ideas, added their own professional input, and the result was a ring that turned out even better than I had pictured. They got it right. And it was finished on time. Also, their diamond selection is surprisingly good. The quality and prices were definitely better than what I was finding after spending way too much time looking online.
