Devan Gouvea Been going here for 3 years. The shop is always spotless, comfortable, relaxing, and peaceful. Theyve accommodated social distancing, and ask for you to get an appointment now before coming in, but everything else is just like it always was. Friendly, talented, professional people doing amazing nails. They always listen to what I ask for, and clarify if needed. Prices are typical of Mall Nail Salons, but the quality you get at Lees is way better. Theyre super gentle too and have never even nipped me on accident. Glad to see theyve weathered the Covid storm and Im happy to be able to go back. Today when I went to get my nails done, a nice lady was finishing up and she told me, "I dont know if this is your first time here, but they do a phenomenal job and you have nothing to worry about." I told her "Youre very right! This isnt my first time. Ive been going to Lees for about 3 years. I dont go anywhere else for just that reason!" I was so happy to hear she appreciated their talents as much as I did. Good businesses like this need our support right now.

DIanne B Wagner These people ruined my nails. I came in with gels They Power sanded the polish off, thinning my nails so badly that weeks later they still bend if they reach the end of my fingers. There’s a Divet in my nail where they sanded them down. I’ve been unable to have my nails done for three weeks.

Nor Cal Maintenance We appreciate all Lee does. My wife has been using her since she began and loves her creativity and kindness she also does my elderly fathers toe nails and makes him feel comfortable which isn’t easy.

Josephine Balliao Saing Tracey is amazing! She is such a sweetheart and a genuine person. She always makes me feel and look beautiful every time I get my eyebrows waxed. I love going to see her and hearing all about her fun travel adventures. I get excited to see her every time I go and make an appointment. Her appointment system is so easy to use. She takes such good care of all her customers. I always tip her well because she deserves it! Her salon is so beautiful and clean! I have been going to her since she moved from her other location. So about 10 years now. I only trust her to wax my eyebrows. I recommend her to everyone I know!!

Rocky Butler Pricing was a little high for a basic manicure with a white tip. My nail artist seemed visually disappointed that I did not want the upgrade to gel or a set. There was no indicators of pricing around the shop either.

Brooke Chamness My niece and I made an appointment to get manicures - a simple paint and a small design. The woman was extremely rude to us, especially my 8 year old niece. She tried to use different colors than we chose, and we both had chips within hours. The photos show 17 hours after. When it came to payment - the card reader didn’t work. I had planned to pay cash for the manicures and tip with cash. All in all we did not feel welcomed, were treated poorly as paying customers, and the quality was very poor. I also made an appointment so we could get them done together - it ended up we sat at one table squished and did them one after the other taking more time than expected.

Yolanda Sinclair Karona is the best in Sonoma County for African Americans and people of color . Ive been a client for over 10 yrs and I have never been disappointed. She is not only great as a professional but also as a person. She is truly a beautiful person in and out. I have never bought her a picture of what I wanted and she didnt do it. Sometimes better than the picture . She keeps on top of the latest trends and your styles will last if you take care of it. TKS Beauty Bar is a 5 star hair salon in 2022!!!!!!!!!!

Leonardo Alfaro My wife took me to this place because I was having calluses on my feet due to long periods of standing at work. Nina did an excellent job and my feet felt brand new after I left. As a man I recommend this place to both, men and women.

Mackenzie Schutte The massage rocked my world and she literally got every. single. knot. out. It hurt so good. The ambience of the spa was beautiful and calming. Water with oranges was provided after my massage to help me rejuvenate. I added on the CBD to my massage and felt so relaxed after. Best last minute decision ever.

Tim Polk I liked this place. Easy to find, lots of parking. I was a first-time guest but front desk woman barely acknowledged this, just gave me a form to fill out. Interior has a Hawaiian Island/tropical vibe. Massage room was small but warm and nice. Massage was very good. It had elements of a Thai Massage with stretching, but my therapist said this was needed as I was so tight, which made sense. Pricing seems reasonable. Ill go back.

Janice Hintermann A friend and I drive one hour every 2 to 3 weeks just to get our nails done at this Finest Nail salon. The nail professionals are the best that I have encountered hence the long drive . Bea, June, Helen, Tina and Kan will take care of you in the most friendly and efficient way. June and Bea are the nail art geniuses. Helen heals my pesky ingrown toenails. They carry a wide variety of nail colors and specialty polishes. We love the relaxing, friendly atmosphere and I always have to be careful driving home as I am tempted to stare at my nails when they are done!

Angela Acosta This is my new favorite nail place!!! They are so nice and so good at what they do!!! They take their time on everything they do from waxing to nails!!! I love the environment and more then that the people. They are so kind and positive when you walk in!! It is my new mail and waxing place I won’t go anywhere else now!! :) highly recommended. My pictures don’t do it justice because I was in my car but I just feel like they are super talented! And best of all they are very friendly and kind to all their customers!

Krystle R Kathy did my nails and did an amzing job wirh the shaping of my nails... She was also very sweet. I love the color! I dont feel like the "manicure" part was really worth it, but thats just me... I had a good experience here, but I think it was a little pricey for the quality of the work. My nails look good, but when you look at them in detail, it couldve been cleaned up and detailed a little better. Im still happy with the work, but Ill probably try somewhere new next time.

Danielle Cownie I have been going to see Jeanna at Shiloh Nails for years now and I absolutelylove her. All of the technicians are amazing, friendly, and great with their work! The salon is absolutely beautiful, especially with the new pedicure chairs Tracy just got, and always clean. Hailey and Erika are always super helpful and sweet. Anytime someone is looking for a nail salon, I recommend Shiloh. They also offer complimentary drinks like champagne, beer, water, or soda.

Heidi I have a membership with Me Spa and have had my appointments cancelled the day of so many times that it’s a consistent issue. I maintained my membership for over 4 years hoping it would get better which I never should have done. I took a break for 2 years and finally gave it another try. Had a facial which was great! Scheduled an 80 minute pedicure a week later (today) to have it cancelled 2 hours before my appointment. The reason has always been “tech had a family emergency” and never is a manager available to talk to at that moment. They can reschedule but of course not several weeks later as it’s hard to get an appointment for pedicures. NO THANKS, cancelling my membership and will take my money elsewhere where customers are valued!!

Kathleen Beltz I had a facial, lip wax, and eyebrow tint on 3/9/2025. The service was great. However only giving one star because on the way out I purchased some SPF30 sunscreen for $55. I got home and noticed the expiration date of 05/2025. This is 6 weeks from now!! I brought it back today (03/11/25) to exchange. I checked the other tubes on the shelf and they all also expire 05/2025. The first thing the front desk clerk told me was I could not get a refund and I also could not exchange for something else. I asked to speak to the manager and of course the manager was not there and the clerk told me the manager would say the same thing. How is it fair to charge $55 for a sunscreen product that is expiring soon and not be able to exchange or get a refund. These products should be taken off the shelf. I will never come back to this place, they are a rip off. There are other places to go for the same services.

Mimi Mcilroy Ana is the BEST! Her perfect pressure; she is very sweet and respectful. I book with her every time. Staff is great too, I love the pampering they provide, its truly relaxing. Always have a great experience at the Santa Rosa location.

Kristi Ferguson I have been going to classy nails for 10+ years. The people who work there are very Friendly and very professional. Nhung is my nail lady and I absolutely love her. I come in with any pictures of the nails that I want and she makes it happen. She is very detailed and does it exactly how I want it. Every time I get my nails done I am very, very pleased. I have never left there unhappy. all of the employees are very, very nice people. I have tried other nail salons and they are just not the same. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Nerdy Bird Lovely pedicure, added the new $5 upgrade to get a sugar scrub exfoliating (was soft not so scratchy) and a mud mask. (Its been a week and my legs are still so silky soft). The hot stone message is a nice relaxing favorite of mine. My new acrylic set of nails turned out perfect and even. Checking in along the way made sure they were exactly what I need for a themed wedding. I love the cats eye polishes to add an extra flair. (I wish I could better show the shimmer)

Crystal Barr Ill never go to another nail salon! hang the owner does my nails and theyre always perfect! The staff is always very nice. Shing does my pedicure and shes so thorough and its so relaxing. Ive been coming here since 2018 and theyre really the best.

Sophia fries Ashley is the absolute best! I spent months trying to find a reliable, high quality, and friendly nail tech when I moved to the area 2 years ago. I walked into her salon one day and haven’t booked anywhere else since! She did my wedding nails perfectly and loves to tackle any fun design I show her for inspiration. 1000/10 and could give her more stars if possible. Fair pricing and easy online booking too. Laura Sutliff Ashley is amazing every time! She engages in conversation and makes me feel comfortable at each appointment. She is detail oriented and meticulous when it comes to the quality of her work. She will gladly apply a third coat of color or an extra top coat if need be. I never have to ask, she just does it and knows exactly what my thoughts are. My gel manicure lasts at least 2 weeks--Im sure it would look good for at least one more week, but I book with her bi-weekly to change things up. I’ve been coming to her for over 3 years now. I usually just get the regular polish on my toes which lasts a full month for me (or more). I will admit I always have a tough time choosing a color for my nails--Ashley goes above and beyond to help pick out colors she thinks would look good with my skin tone and the season. She even takes the time to try each color on a nail to see which I like best. At the end she checks for any rough edges on each nail and files where needed. You will not be disappointed. The pricing is reasonable too.

Melissa Jean Ashley is the best! I’ve been seeing Ashley for a couple years now and have been so happy with her work. She’s very professional, clean, and sweet! She always takes her time and does a great job on my acrylics. They’re so smooth, people think I just have a gel manicure over my natural nail. Highly recommend her!

June Any new customers, please make sure not to call the number that appears on Google page, make sure you call the number that they printed on the flyers. I made an appointment for 2 at least five days ahead of time, the guy that picked up the phone confirmed that there will be availability on the day I scheduled. As I was there in the middle of having my nails done, one of the male nail technicians came up to me and say I messed up their schedule because apparently I’m not on their agenda. I told them that I called the number that shows on Google, this nail tech saw that they don’t recognize the number and said next time I have to call the number on the flyer. They were able to take me was because they want to be nice and don’t want to turn away business. I had to make it clear to the guy that the number on Google page is the only number that I can find. Closer to the end of the conversation, the guy that was doing my nails finally decided to say that he did received my phone call for the appointment, they mistakenly erased my appointment because they have too many other customers to deal with. There was no apology from any of them for being rude and blame customers for their own mistakes. Overall my nails turned out pretty good, the place is clean and quiet, easy to find parking, got a nick during the filling process. And the discount somehow don’t apply to all customers. Will not be back again.

Elizabeth hawkins I recently discovered Elite Nail Spa on Mendocino, and it’s fantastic! I had the deluxe pedicure, and I’m so impressed with how clean and detail-oriented they are. The service was top-notch, and they use really nice products for the pedicure. Honestly, I think it’s the best nail salon in Santa Rosa right now. If you’re looking for a great experience, you’ve got to try it out!

Jessica Wilcox I love coming here - it’s always so calming. They keep everything clean and organized. I usually get regular polish pedis and they do a great job and last over a month. I got a gel manicure for the first time since covid for my wedding and I loved it! She was very patient while I picked my colors. I love coming here and this will always be my go to. Charlie My go-to place for pedis. As a guy, I mostly get pedicures for the therapeutic and foot care aspect. At other salons I often find that to be lacking, but everyone at infinity has taken great care of my tired feet (I stand/walk at work) and helped me combat growth of ingrown nails. They indulge me when I ask for some whacky colors/designs too!

cristina mckenzie I think I found my nail place, finally! I Anne tried a few different places in town, and was never completely happy. I finally made an apointment for a full set and was so happy! Helen did an amazing job, she took her time, and listened...what a concept! I got a fill today and wanted something blush with chrome, and they are perfection! I also got a pedicure and she did a great job. The place is clean and prices are in range with other salons. Give this place a try!

Nadia DeSimone I’ve gone to Gloss two times now after trying to find the right spot, and I’ve tried many. I’ve been so impressed with their work and the quality of the polish they use. These are my nails 2 1/2 weeks after a gel manicure. Not a single chip.The only reason I need to make an appointment soon is they’re growing out. I’ve had Katie twice, and she does an amazing job. My first time was acrylics and second a removal with gel. They also recently did a manicure for my 6 year-old wanting to have her nails done for her grandma’s birthday party. Katie was great with her and it was shockingly affordable. I’ve gone to multiple nail salons between Healdsburg, Windsor, and a bunch in Santa Rosa and Gloss has definitely been the best. Highly recommend

Noelle Parker One of the best spots in SR to get your nails done. I almost NEVER write reviews for places, but I went to this salon and have decided I wont be going anywhere else. They just went through a new renovation and name change (used to be Sky Beauty) and came out of it glowing. All the gals at the salon are very knowledgeable, experienced, respectful, friendly, and talented. They are reasonably priced and can even handle more creative requests (but make sure you tip well if you do!). Theyre also right next to Crooks Coffee, so its a perfect way to spend an afternoon on self-care. Thanks again Gloss!!

Reverend Ana Susan is an amazing nail tech! She pays great attention to detail, fixes whatever shaping issue you might have before she applies polish (and shes happy to do it), is extremely sanitary, ALWAYS on time and a true joy to spend time with. Also, first timers get a free nail art! How fun is that? A ton! Shes been doing nails for 30+ years and it shows as shes a true proffesional. Oh! And shes very affordable! Her quality is 5 star but her pricing is extremely competitive. Shes located inside of a hair salon next door to Safeway on West College, NOT inside of the nail salon a few doors down, but they wont tell you that so be aware. In the last 3 years Ive been looking for a nail tech exactly like her and was ready to just file my nails down out of frustration from going to other nail techs. Thankfully I found Susan in the nick of time. My nails have never looked better!

Liana Casciani The pedicure was nice and still Holding up 3 weeks later which is standard. But dip nails I wouldn’t recommend at all. They were streaky and lumpy. At first when I reached out they only offered for me to come in that day for a fix but I was 2 hrs away and couldn’t come see them that day. After reaching out a few more times, they never responded. After 1 week, 2 nails chipped and broke off, I’m almost at 3 weeks post dip manicure and all but two nails have cracked and torn off. I live an active life style which is why I love dip nails, I’ve been getting them monthly for 4 months from different places and never had such a poor experience. Really bummed because I thought a good spot, but alas I will have to continue my search in the Santa Rosa area.

Victoria De La Cruz This place is the best! Ive tried many other salons and this one is perfect IMO. I get what I ask for every time. They always have the color I ask for and their nail art is perfect. I usually go in with a group and they are so hospitable in the way they accommodate us and join in on conversations and laugh along with.

Mariquita Baluyot She did great with my pedicure. She carefully used her skills to cut my overgrown toenails out from under my skin where it was starting to hurt my toes. She wasnt frustrated or anything. She just did the best she could and I could tell so I gave her a good tip. I was so, so satisfied with her work. Thank you.

Victoria I wanted my acrylics taken off and to get a manicure. They didn’t fully remove the acrylic, put too much pressure on the drill and hurt my pinky nail, did not shape my nail, or push back my cuticle. I just finished shaping my nails prior to taking the pictures. Nice lady’s but I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you looking for similar services to mine.

esperanza stribling Employees were rarely nice. The price was ridiculous. $25 just for a sticker design. $70 for chrome color he hurt my cuticles mine they’re rough. When I told him I didn’t have the 70 he tore off the stickers. The lady who attended my daughter was wonderful, kind and loving. I don’t recommend them at all to expensive. Got a pedicure here last September and got a bacterial infection on my toe. The nurse told me "they stabbing the living lights" out of my toe. I had to meditate. It was very sore and painful.
