Alyssa Villalpando I made an appointment the day before for FOUR pedicures for my family and i, and the salon was able to accommodate. When we arrived we did not wait long and we all got seated at the same time. For $40 my toes look AMAZING. They really took their time and scruffed the dead skin and cleaned up my cuticles. Even tho we already took up 4 of their chairs, they were not bothered when we decided to also get a full set and a manicure. Everyone in this salon is a hard worker and pays attention to detail. I came out of here feeling like a brand new woman. Definitely a salon worth returning to.

Angela Mora My first time at Le Nails was a great experience. I had a fill and pedicure. I always feel like people are rushing and not caring about the finished project. Cindy and Ven cared and took their time to make sure that my nails looked great. I will definitely recommend this nail shop and I myself will.be back.

G ET isnt there anymore, but Stacy did my nails and I LOVE it. Theyre very nice and she does an amazing job! A fresh set with gel polish and a design on 2 fingers was only $48. Great work for great quality (coffin shape, my fingers are a little crooked)

Kelly Zito The most disgusting unsanitary and judgmental place I’ve ever been to!!! First of all, let me just say I do not have an issue with any man versus a woman doing my pedicure, but when the man did my pedicure, he was extremely rough with my feet. I let him know. He was rough with my feet. He started talking, whatever language he speaks to everyone, and they were giggling which I’m assuming he was talking badly when I picked my nail color he told me oh bright color and started talking again to his associates in a language and giggling, like I don’t know what I did or what is going on or you have to act like that, but I took the pedicure in stride to say the least. Upon returning home two days later, my skin started disgustingly peeling from my feet. I went to the emergency room because they started to burn. They said they had gotten infection from this company do not ever go here. They are not clean. They are not sanitary and they do not appreciate your business.

Tara Meehan I have been looking for a nail salon for a long time since moving here and this was my first time here. The employees are insanely sweet and super attentive. There were two females & one male working when I went in. I didnt get any names but the male (I think his name may be Danny) did my acrylic nails. I showed him an inspo picture and Im super happy with how they came out. He was super nice & asking how I like liked the shape, length and design through the whole process. Sometimes you get a lot of nail salons that make you nervous to ask to change things but not here. I also had a cut on my finger I was worried about and he was super gentle & everything was vary sanitary. He said theyve been open for 10 months. So they are a fairly new nail salon. The salon itself was clean and cozy. They have a great selection of colors. I had an appointment at 3:00PM and walked in around 2:55 and they sat me right away. It seemed that everyone who came in was seated right away. Not much waiting. I was out of there by 4:40 (I got a full acrylic set w/ nail art & regular gel pedicure). The pedicure was great also! Both ladies who worked on me were super sweet! They also sent me home with a complimentary cuticle oil pen. I paid & tipped in cash which I think a-lot of businesses prefer. I will be back to this place for sure! I highly recommend!

Maricela Galindo Jimmy has always been my go to! I moved up here from LA so it took a couple misses from other nails salons until I found Nails Palace. Jimmy did OUTSTANDING, Ive been his customer ever since. Not only do my nails look fab but I also go for his entertaining stories.

Alexandria Moore The man who sits in the front of the salon who is in charge was very rude to me. I asked him to fix 4 regular gel nails because the paint had came off. He said they did not have the color. The color is Ballet slipper. I found it on their nail thing and then he said I had to replace color on all my fingers. I told him I would pay the full price but I did not want to replace my whole hand because I did not have time. He then said they did not have time. He simply did not want to paint my nails and that’s fine but maybe changing his Iine of work should be considered. I am a loyalty member here, recommend this place to everyone who asks me about a good nail salon, and come here often with my kids. I don’t want to pull the racist card but he was more than happy to help a white woman who walked in with no appointment during his conversation with me. I encourage everyone to spend their money where every race is respected. I will not be returning here.

Brianna Woodcock This is the only nails place in this area that I trust! One of the best things about them is that everyone does an amazing job so you don’t have to worry about getting a specific person. I do recommend making an appointment because they can get busy but they do accept walk-ins as well. Usually I get acrylics but I decided to just polish my natural nails and they look amazing! Oh and they always do my toes perfect and they last a long time

Sydney Stansell I went and got my nails done and then had to go back a few days later to fix it, they fixed it which was great but as she was finishing (an hour later), she tells me the gel nail polish (their own nail polish) is bad and that’s why it chipped the first time so now here I am less than a week after fixing it with multiple nails chipping, just in time for thanksgiving my nails look awful. I don’t have another hour to spend at the nail salon. I won’t be going back unfortunately.

Sokvanndy Castro I have been to this nail shop twice now and both times Kai was the nail technician that worked on my nails. His ability to pay attention to details is amazing. Both times I showed him pictures of the nail designs I wanted and both times he executed it perfectly. Not only was I blown away with his artistic abilities, but also with the fact that my nails lasted a month without any chips or breakage. They also provided different of spa pedicures, I cannot remember which one I got, but it included the paraffin wax dip and my feet felt so soft and amazing afterwards. All of the employees here are great, customer service is great and I will definitely make this my go to nail shop. I highly recommend that you make an appointment prior to your visit because they do get pretty busy.

Tracy T. First time at this place and I had Tiffany do my nails. She did a fantastic job. I highly recommend her. She was quick and professional. I did purple matte nails.

Betty Lee I went back in February and they were great. The person that gave me a pedicure was Mimi. It looked nice and the price was the same as listed $30 so I did leave a tip. When I went back in June another technician completed my pedicure. She clipped my nail on one toe and made it bleed. Then after all of that she had the nerve to charge me $10 over the original price. I did not get anything extra. Why is one technician charging the price listed which is $30 and another technician is making up the pricing without any advance notice. I dont care for businesses that are changing prices constantly. It is not good to recommend them if you are not sure what price they might decide to charge. Beware.

Andrea Aleman LOVE this place. Lynn has been doing my nails for a couple months now and she is AMAZING. Never had polish or nail chip or break. Brought a couple friends here now and they come see the other girls and do manicures as well. Best nail salon I’ve been to and the prices are great as well.

Jane M Excellent pedicure! The salon was clean, and the workers were friendly. sunny did an excellent job on my feet, I had a nail that was cracked and broken, and she spent some time fixing it, also did a great job on the rest of the pedicure. The price was reasonable. I will definitely be back.

Erika Villasenor Horror nail shop the girl looks like new doing nails all the glue stick to my finger thick nail didnt clean under the nails, she cut me very painfull took a week to cure my fingers from the cuts and clean all the glue from fingers nails, Not returning dont recommend going there. Did the manicure and pedicure the nail color didnt match in fingernails or toes nails I choose the same color for both the worst service ever.

Marisol Guadalupe I have had hell manicures with Jennifer and Tammy. They do a great job by keeping the natural shape of your nail and not using too much gel polish which leaves ur nails thick and heavy feeling .

Sokvanndy Castro I will definitely be coming here again! My nail tech today was Dave and he did an amazing job. From the moment I walked through the door to the moment I finished, I spent a total of about 1.5 hours, which is not bad compared to other nail shops I’ve visited where I would spend hours. The pricing was reasonable, I paid $52 for a full set of almond shaped acrylics with gel polish. The establishment was clean and the staffs were really friendly. They had a lot of colors to choose from, but my favorite is the bright green I chose today. The color is super vibrant. Will be coming back in a couple of weeks for a polish change for Easter. I’ve including two pictures of the color in both outdoor and indoor lighting.

Liz Horton Called the day before for two manicures. They got us in and out within 35 mins. Really nice people. A little pricey for a gel mani it was $70 for two people nothing fancy just a solid gel color on natural nails. No hand wax or anything included.

Google Play I am expecting my nail to be like the first time I came here but it’s not, this gel manicure is sloppy, edge are rough. Staff are nice! I am thinking maybe the skinny lady who did my nail can’t see so much that’s why edges of my nails are sloppy

Paula Serur Not the best nails. For the price I was expecting really well done acrylic nails. Mine are full of bubbles that make them seem unprofessional. I asked them to be shorter and the person who did my nails said she would file them shorter and didn’t, I loved the metallic color on them but it doesn’t look great because of the bubbles. This is my second time here, the first time I only did gel and the same happened. I thought giving it a second chance because people speak so highly about this place. Not coming back.

Amparo Martinez Worse experience, I requested gel color, my manicure wasn’t done correctly I ended up having nail polish on my skin. After requesting that the owner fix the poor job, she replied saying, if I want something perfect we cannot do it for you. I remained calm after that comment, she wanted me to pay first before fixing it. Her attitude and poor costumer service was unprofessional. I didn’t disrespect anyone at any point, the only thing I did was requested a normal clean manicure. NOT GOING BACK FOR SURE.

Uncommon One My pedicure was to include stones. They weren’t used. The tools are washed but not disinfected for at least 15 minutes between clients. The foot spa liners are changed, but the basins aren’t disinfected for at least 15 minutes between each customer. The e-file they use to file peoples toenails isn’t changed between customers. I specified twice I only wanted my chin waxed, but she asked about the area just above my chin and charged me without disclosing there would be an additional charge. The waxing menu said 8, but she charged me 10 plus an additional 5 for the area I didn’t ask for. The relax mani is supposed to come with an 8 minute massage. There were a few minutes on the arms and a few pats on the shoulder. Definitely won’t be back.

Janet Gonzales They let you make an appointment but don’t honor it. You have to wait 30+ minutes after your scheduled appointment to get your nails done. Time to find a place that values costumer’s time.

Vi R Did not use a base coat so i expect these to last maybe 2 weeks, did not wash hands until finished, did not do a after file/clean up. Said my nail does like this when i pointed out if he can fix the slanted nails. Why so rushed, I really wanted to like this place, maybe Ill give one more chance.

Gabriella Reyna Horrible job. I’ve came to this place for my pedicure twice before & enjoyed the job that was done at the time. However after getting my nails done today was the worst experience ever, the lady was annoyed after I asked her to fix my shape after showing her a picture of off white nails with a square shape, they looked coffin to me so I asked for them to be fixed. She was filing the sides down so much that I was bleeding. My nails are so chunky & lumpy! I myself am a service provider & couldn’t help but notice all of the state board violations this time around. I paid for my nails along with my step daughters nails & we were on our way.

Folsom Aaron (Prince Lyon) i went in here for a regular pedicure, I walked in and the lady was sitting in the lobby with her shoes off, didnt even know she worked there. At first, everything went well with the massage and everything, then she started cutting my nails extremely low and crooked!!!!! and it seemed as if they were rushing my business to close, because as soon as we left, they started closing, didnt even clean just put plastic around the part you put your feet in. Overall THE WORST PLACE TO GO FOR ANY SORT OF NAIL SERVICE DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

Jocelyn Calbreath Some of the worst nails I’ve ever had. One nail has a giant lump, which I commented on and he said “will file.” Then barely touched it. Two of the nails have smudged paint on the design, one is completely crooked, and none of them are uniform in design or even close. I walked out in tears and cancelled my eye brows because it was so bad.

Danica Coelho None of the staff was nice, they had had attitudes. I got over charged just to remove nails , that were mostly off anyway, and apply a regular top coat of nail polish. The type of nails I had on, gel extensions which are amazing, they talked negatively about and tried to get me to get their dip nails. I would never recommend this nail salon, even as a last minute resort, which is why I was there. Next time, I will just wait.

Alec A Honestly, I was loving the vibe/ people, but if I could say the lighting is extremely low in there. SO to start I was charged $105 ($95 without tip) for a fill and pedicure with gel. My fill was horrible. Wrong color, chipped nails, not enough coats. the guy that did my nails kept answering the phone every 5 min and was not paying attention to detail. Would love to come back, but not if theyre gonna charge me that much, just for them not to care. It was my fault as well for not checking before I left and tipped $10 in total the guy that did my toes (xoxo) you did amazing and took your time, my toes look amazing!

Sharron Scott Ive been searching for a new place to go all over Brentwood so I tried Dazzling Nails. After reading reviews, I scheduled an appt with John. I came in and like others, the decor was nice, there are lots of chairs, but it didnt feel "warm" in there. Like friendliness was not filling the space. They definitely paid more attention to their regulars than establishing a relationship with anyone new. I get seated in a spa chair for my fill/mani. I liked that I could have them done both at the same time but, I didnt like how they wouldnt let me look at the different polishes so I could choose what I wanted! They kept telling me later later. Didnt like that. They had a variety of options and I wanted to check them out. Why tell me no ? lol Then I had to tell John 3x that whatever he was doing on my nail was burning, I dunno if it was the speed of the acrylic tool or him pressing down but it was not a pleasant experience. He could not me what I asked for (aura nails) but Im satisfied with the ombré+chrome ones I got (pictured.) I decided to get my eyebrows waxed and this is how I look 2 days after. NEVER will I go there again nor do I recommend them. For $140, not including tip, not worth the pain I went through.

Natasha Stridiron I had booked an appointment for 1:30pm for 2 pedicures to be done together as a nice mother daughter quality time and unfortunately, they ruined it. Our appointment was at 1:30pm and we didn’t get sat down until close to 1:45pm. Then they only worked on me and had my mom sitting next to me waiting and didn’t offer to even turn on her water to at least soak her feet. I completely understand that at times, it can get busy but then what was the point of making an appointment for 2 pedicures? If you can’t prioritize appointments then don’t take them. My mom was sitting and waiting for someone to at least offer to soak her feet until around 2:15pm and still nothing. My mom asked the woman who was doing my toes why it’s taking so long if we had an appointment for 2 and the lady did apologize but still didn’t offer to at least turn her water on to soak her feet. Then there was a couple that showed up and walked in and immediately the lady offered them if they wanted to take a seat and turn their water on. This is when my mom got very disappointed and decided it was time to just leave since it was now around 2:30pm (a whole HOUR after we made the appointment). My mom expressed her disappointment to the lady that was doing my toes and then decided to leave since she has to go back yo work in a little bit anyway. My mom does not get a lot of time off from work and this was the only time we could squeeze in time together and unfortunately, this place ruined our day. The work that the lady did was nice but the customer service was horrible. What’s the point of making an appointment if you don’t prioritize them or make sure you have enough staff to cover the appointments for that day? Very unprofessional and bad experience. The gel pedicure was $50 and they didn’t even apologize at the end when I had left for ruining our day.

Lilly torres Honestly they are good but not that good enough.They need to work on their costumer service and also hire more people they lose business because they don’t have enough staff and also some of the staff can’t do nails or they just try to get you in and out. They don’t know how to shape or even do a simple design. They need to hire more young people who actually are learning and will take the time to do nails.45 is a lot for nails that are uneven not the same size.

Michelle M I came in on December 8th 2024 and had my gel x removed. The woman who removed them confidently began to drill the nails off. There were moments I was squirming in my seat in pain (my thumb and index fingers) I just thought well, she is doing this so confidently she must know what she is doing? She finished and charged me $20. I left and IMMEDIATELY knew she destroyed my nails. My finger tips and nails were extremely painful. For weeks after they were throbbing in pain. I have NEVER had any issues getting my nails done, I have healthy nails. I sent these photos to my friend who is a licensed mail tech on the east coast and she told me without hesitation that this woman just destroyed my nails and it will take MONTHS for them to heal. It is now Feb 2nd and they are still paper thin and break any time there is any growth at all. I am unable to open any medications at work (I am a nurse) this has affected me in so many ways. I am legit traumatized from this experience and scared to ever get my nails done at a random salon again.

Madison Arminio Kelly did my nails a few weeks ago and they are absolutely amazing! I showed her a picture off Instagram and asked if she could recreate them. Kelly said “no problem” and got to work hand painting each nail 1 by 1! They turned out spectacular and the amount of comments I have gotten on them I can’t count. Go see Kelly for your nails

Crysta L I came in because my nails were completely ruined by another nail salon. Thanks to the ladies here at Brentwood Nail & Spa they performed a miracle and fixed my nails! They were so kind, took me as a walk in, and made sure I was truly happy with their work. I highly recommend this place!

Kandis Burns Had a really great visit at the salon today, Sophie did my nails and they turned out so pretty! She really took her time to listen to what I wanted and didn’t pressure me to get acrylics. She even added on a gel top coat that was meant for strengthening weak nails when she noticed mine were a bit brittle. Heidi did my eyebrow wax and they turned out looking very nice! Both ladies were super sweet and friendly, definitely recommend this place!

Sierra Garcia Leon is the absolute best! He always shapes my nails perfectly. He’s very creative and can always give me what I ask for. I’ve been going to him for a few years now and he never disappoints. The nail salon itself is beautiful. The atmosphere is pretty and calm.
