Shannon Meyers Such a gorgeous facility and lots of fun treatments are available — my husband and Mom and I LOVE Riley’s manicures and pedicures, super luxurious and private and Kelsey’s spray tans are perfection and she even came in on her day off once to perfectly time my tan for a Hawaii trip. Theres lots more, they can handle almost all your beauty needs!

Deirdre Martin Christine is very experienced and it shows. I felt pampered and well taken care of during my entire service and I’m so glad I finally tried sugaring for the first time- I like it much more than wax and Christine is very talented at what she does. I’m so pleased with the result!

Nina Heiden Kelsey was amazing! She was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. I had a sugar wax and a spray tan and am so happy with both. The salon is super cute and very clean as well, I would 100% recommend sugar beach house!

Leyla Alkanat Sugaring is one of the most organic forms of hair removal. They do a great job and are thorough throughout the process. Highly recommend for any hair removal needs!

Rebecca Allen Morgan is the best manicurist! She rescued my nails from an atrocious acrylic job and I have been a loyal customer since. She is always so precise and personable, I don’t trust anybody else to take care of my nails. Morgan has online booking and offers IBX treatment that has strengthened and protected my nails. Personalized experience every time! Not to mention her zero gravity massage pedicure chair. Love scrolling through her Instagram and looking at the designs she does too!

Megan Mikhail Grit & Glam Beauty is my all time favorite place for my nails. The salon itself is so relaxing and welcoming. The salon staff is beyond accommodating and professional. My nails always come out gorgeous- I am constantly complimented and they last so long. I am so glad I found grit & glam, and recommend anyone in the market for a nail salon.

Terri Garvin Shelly greeted me at the door in great spirits. She presented herself very professionally, clean, accommodating, and pleasant. She had great ideas for my hair color and style. She did a glaze on my hair that made it look amazing. She also performed some waxing that didn’t even hurt. My mani/pedi was so relaxing and my feet are super soft. Shelly gives the most amazing foot and hand massages. She has a large assortment of hair and nail colors. Shelly’s also very inexpensive. Especially for as professional and experienced as she is. Her talent and confidence really shine through in her work! I originally had acrylic nails but decided to switch to Gel X, and it was the best decision ever. My nails look so natural, and I get so many compliments! Plus, my natural nails are growing beautifully. Im beyond happy with her service and the results. I will definitely be coming back for more!

Remi Ali Khan After being disappointed from numerous nail salons in Ventura and Oxnard, I’m so glad I found Chloe’s Studio! Chloe’s work is beyond amazing! She made sure my nails were perfect and ensured I was happy with my experience. Chloe goes above and beyond and her service was quick (but I did not feel rushed by any means.) Tish V I went in for a manicure and pedicure, what I appreciated was that I wanted something more that just an average pedicure and there were different levels of spa treatments for the feet. It was great, the salon was clean, quiet, they allowed one to relax, and you sit in a spa chair. The person who did me was Tina and she cleaned and shaped my nails without hurting me or going too far. The person who did my hands was great as well. They were cut and shaped. Haley Cornett It’s been a really long time since I’ve gotten a good manicure. Most other places have been sloppy and disappointing. I figured I would give this place a try since they’re new and I was extremely pleased with the outcome of my nails. Tori O’Brien It was such a nice place, very clean and relaxing. I was the first appointment of the day so it was very calm in there and I loved it. It was my first time there, they offered me coffee and I got a gel pedicure. Highly recommend this place.

Steve B After trying to other places that was all booked up, Frenchies was able to book me an appointment so kudos to them. The atmosphere was nice and the manicure was good. Well I at least thats what I thought until I got home and saw my nails (3 hours later) I got a clear coat that has bubbles in the finish (idk what actually called but will add photos) and the edges dont have any coating at all. I would be to made if it was $75 (with $13 tip). I live in honolulu hawaii and for that same price with tip I can get a mani pedi (gel tips on hands) for exact same price. Sadly I can not recommend this place, I should have paid better attention but still for that price I expected better results (service was splendid just work was sub par)

This is not your cookie cutter massage: He will find the trouble areas and apply all right techniques in his arsenal. For me this included scraping, active release technique, and cupping. So glad I found someone who can really help with my shoulder and hips.

Brad Faber What a beautiful spa and salon. Didnt have a chance to get any Salon treatments but Fernando is a wonderful masseuse. The salon facilities, hair and nail areas looked beautifully adorned and the massage room was just gorgeous. Very relaxing. Everything was clean, smelled wonderfully and very nice music. Kelly Grady Freedland I love Freddie B! Freddie and Hector are so warm and welcoming, and my stylist Christine is the most amazing woman! She listens to me and what I’m hoping for and my hair always looks great. She gives great head and neck massages. It’s such a treat every time I go there. The salon is gorgeous and comfortable.

Faith I have been to this nail salon 3or 4 times now every other trip has been fantastic. This trip however was not as impressive. The nail tech I had was rough with my fingers and the drill would hit my cuticles quite often. She had difficulty finding satisfactory colors or colors that matched my image. And when I said that I liked a color she would proceed to show me more. I asked for rhinestones she acknowledged my request and said OK. she did not put them on at the end. I told her about her mistake. She removed the topcoat. After she put on the gems, she did not put on another topcoat and said I was done. I asked her about the topcoat and she replied that she did not need to. Every other time I have been at this nail salon and gotten rhinestones they have put on one to two top coats. The nails do not look amazing and I was hoping for better. (Last photo was the reference)

amyah robinson This was my second time coming here after loving my first set of acrylics from this location. John was my nail tech and was very rushed and rough through the whole process. I asked him to fix the french tip to be a bit more neat and thin, which he kept audibly sighing loud after I gave him the feedback. First time I came here the girl was genuinely pleasant, offered me water, and did a phenomenal job (I unfortunately didn’t get her name)- none of that was the same with John. Hopefully management here can give ALL employees the proper training to provide quality sets as well as a positive customer experience.

Aprajita Yadav Very disappointing experience. We booked ahead of time for a gel manicure and regular pedicure for my SILs wedding. Experience didn’t feel special at all. There is gel cured on my hands. My cuticles are flooded. And the top coat isn’t even properly on my nails. To add to that multiple cuticles were bleeding. How am I to clean up this cured gel on my fingers?

I really wanted to get a Brazilian blowout and I knew if I made an appointment in advance I would have canceled it because of the cost and several other factors. I had a little extra money on my anniversary on June 29 and I decided I was going to try to find somebody to do my hair that day. I went into Michael Kelley salon and Mallory switched things around made time to fit me in for the very long appointment! (4 hours!) Since then Ive been back to her 2 more times for cut and color. She is amazing! Not only is she an extremely talented hairdresser, she is a very sweet person! Im so glad I found my new stylist!

I get my nails done here by Angie. April Im sorry if you and your daughter had a bad experience. But Angie is the best Ive ever been to in the 15 years Ive been getting my nails done. Shes never cut me not once! And my nails always look amazing. When I changed nail salons I actually began to get compliments on my nails by coworkers and family. And the best for last..... Jen, I get my brazilian wax done by her. She is very professional, fast and does her best to make it as painless as possible. But lets face it ladies youre getting your cha-cha wax. Theres gonna be some pain. If this is your first time and your researching for someone to go to shes the one. I just moved to the east coast and Im looking for someone again. ugh!!!!! Oh and yes they are pricey but remember you get what you pay for. If your willing to be a guinea pig and find the right salon for cheap be my guest. But for waxing in such a sensitive area I DONT THINK SO!

Britney Minor Had the WORST massage Ive ever had in my life. First it took me almost a month just to get in touch with the front desk to book an appointment. Then when I finally got an appointment they cancelled days before because they double booked my slot. Spent another few weeks trying to get another appointment (I would have went somewhere else if I didnt have a gift card). Finally have my appointment and my massage therapist Stacy comes to get me from the front 15 minutes late and gives me the worst massage Ive had to date. She also didnt offer water afterwards like they normally do after a massage. Just the worst experience ever.

Shannon Lott my hair stylist while I was getting my eye lashes done by kaleigh who I give a 5 star * * * * * However when the owner and her husband spoke to kaleigh about joining NL beauty kaleigh was upfront with both of them & stated she just had a baby & and hadnt built up a clientele just yet. They both promised when she started at NL beauty she wouldnt have to worry that she was going to be so busy! Susies husband said he was going to go around and market kaleigh as did Susie they would advised & Susie has a big family all girls like 11 or so sisters big family so not to worry. Well with all that said she wasnt worried she was scared to make the change considering how much she would have to pay for rent however with the promise shed be busy she thought it would be a perfect place for her to work she liked everyone @ NL beauty Susie, co-workers even husband. She still loves it there however its been about 6 months approx. and has yet to be advertised on the web page, their Fb page and Instagram page not even the sign in front of the building that was also promised up front not even walk ins So u can only imagine paying rent and barely having a few clients a week!!!!! Do the math if u only make for example $500 that week but your rent "example" is $1200 your $700 in the hole... Its a shame that this is why Im writing this review only because of their promises. "empty promises" Dont promise what you cant fulfill. Because maybe had she know this she would have stayed at the salon she was at and making a Some money & not in the hole every month especially raising 2 small children ALONE! This had to be said and Im sorry because its a beautiful salon nice owners and co-workers. Its the empty promises that got to me. kaleigh is a hard worker and good at what she does Hair, lashes, waxing, Brazilian blow outs, extensions, and more I give kaleigh 5 starts * * * * * I always walk out loving my hair the color, style, and my lashes. I also give the salon 5 starts its beautiful inside and very clean. Veronica Mendez February 6 2025 Update: came back home for a quick visit and let me just tell you, Lisa is still rockin it. She’s so nice, nothing feels rushed and she’s great at what she does. Excuse my dry hands, Colorado winter is DRY. June 2024: I was a walk in and waited about 15 minutes. The lady was apologetic for the wait but I was so thankful just to get in. I do wish I had gotten the name of the woman that did my nails because she was just lovely, very personable and my nails are amazing. Great price, clean space and worth the wait.

I visited yesterday i went for an acrylic full set and gel pedicure, they both came out looking great (which is rare for me, im a veryyy picky girlll) They didn’t rush through and made sure I was happy with everything as they went and the staff overall were very accommodating and welcoming (not to mention they’re good pricing). Fatima Calderon After several good manis and pedis here, I had an awful humiliating experience. If you don’t want to be accused of lying in front of a crowd, damaged nails and a gamble at a bad mani and pedi don’t come here! The evening after the gel mani and pedi, I had a nail break and polish peel off. My nails were cut from a medium-long length to pretty short so when my nail broke, it peeled to expose sensitive skin. The pain was excruciating. I now realize that the service provider used the electric device to remove the gel excessively thinning out my nails. After two weeks my nails are still breaking! The day after my appointment I also noticed excess skin besides my toes and dry skin patches all over my feet. I was really upset because I remember specifically paying extra for the ‘Deluxe’ pedicure which included callus removal. On Monday, I called to explain the situation to the owner. She asked me to come in, but unfortunately I was leaving town for a week. Upon returning, I drove straight there. I waited about 15 mins and picked out new colors, but the person in charge told me I couldn’t have new colors. I wished I would have asked why. After the 1 hour drive hassle, I was hoping I could at least get new colors. Little did I know that the time driving would be the better part of this experience. Then I’m told that they are only re-doing the pedi because I would have had to come in the day after to fix the mani. Honestly this is when I started to get frustrated and angry. I reminded the person in charge to tell the owner about my travels and that it wasn’t just a chip in my nails, but that my nails were damaged. When she came to report back from her conversation with the owner she said that to remove dry skin from the feet I’d have to pay for callus removal which of course, I did! Her response was incredible. She said she was going to have to check the cameras. I couldn’t believe she was accusing me of lying. I was so embarrassed, I regret not leaving right then and there! No mani and pedi is worth your dignity. Ultimately, a new service provider re-did my pedicure and the original service provider re-did the two broken nails with the peeled off polish. Had I known my character would have been brought to question in front of a crowd, I would have NEVER given them an opportunity to do a better job. Honestly, I should have just posted a review of my original bad experience because as I left the person in charge encouraged me to write a review. It sounds like they enjoy feedback, whether it is good or bad, which is great, except I dont think she realizes that the issue was the way the managed the situation. I understand mistakes happen, but theres no excuse for treating someone the way she treated me. At least the nail technician who originally did my mani was kind and apologetic. Bottom line: youll probably have a good mani and pedi here, but if/when you dont, and you speak up, you will be humiliated. Your dignity is not worth the gamble.

Taryn Holguin Walked in for a mani/pedi.... Door says walk ins are welcome. Immediately got a dirty look and I asked if they had time for a mani/pedi and she gave me (with attitude) the response of. “Like late later ..... around 5! We are busy!” I don’t usually write reviews but it was very unwelcoming and rude. Door said walk ins welcome so I would assume walk ins were welcome .... Not coming here again. Maybe if they’re too busy for walk ins they should not advertise that they take them.

Shanna Munoz Very friendly ladies. Clean place . But horrible workmanship on the nails (and I am one of the least picky on nails) I got a basic French manicure.. They didn’t glue the tips all the way which created a gap that dirt and or moisture can/does get trapped in. The acrylics were super thick. And unnatural looking. They didn’t trim the real nail underneath. They didn’t paint the top edges. My daughters came off in a week. The “ gel” toenail polish came off in 3 days which has never happened . My daughter and I each got a full set and I got a pedicure. $200 with tip. Unfortunately, I won’t ever be going back. I never leave bad reviews- but I have to say something.
