Cheyenne Rogers Meg is amazing. I first started going to her based on a friends recommendation. I’ve gone to her since May of 2024 and I can’t imagine going to anyone else. While it hasn’t been long my nails have lasted over a month each time. I also bring my daughter to her and she loves her nails every time.

Narine Khechumyan I’ve been going to Meg for years and I’m always thrilled with her work. I go in with color/design inspo, or we brainstorm together because I trust her. She takes her time to make sure each step is perfect, so if you’re looking for a quick nail job, this isn’t it. I’ve never had my polish peel or nails break, and they last for weeks. Parking is easy and her space is clean - I can’t recommend her enough!

I showed them two pictures of what I wanted And the nail tech made it happen just as I visioned it. Definitely coming back and you should try them too. Parking is a little hard but there is a lot of street parking so take a nice stroll down to their shop and give them your business. My experience was great.

RARA I am beyond happy to find this hidden gem! I did gel-x the day before at another salon, it looked absolutely horrible. Thick and uneven. I paid $140+tips. I couldn’t keep those hideous nails and decided to redo them. Came here and asked if they can do a better job, Nancy said “definitely”. She took off the other ones and did a fresh set! I am in love! Thin, neat and even. Paid $75 (with the removal) + tips. Definitely will be back and regular! Thank you!

Katie Borria I’ve been going to Katti for a year and a half but due to traveling the last few months I’ve (very unfortunately) had to go to other salons a couple of times. My nails are always ruined after I go somewhere else. Katti keeps my nails strong, healthy and lookin good! She’s the best!!!

Chloe Hartounian I refuse to go to anyone else to get my nails done. Arsineh is the best! I had a bad experience at a nail salon a few years ago, so ever since then I get very anxious getting my nails done. Arsineh is the only nail tech who has been respectful of my boundaries and is very gentle with cuticle care. My gel pedicures last for WEEKS! Not to mention she is incredibly sweet and just a pleasure to be around.

Holly Walker I find it very disappointing to be a new customer and I had to wait an hour for my appointment even though I had already made my appointment I had to wait for a very long time. I was told that someone would be helping me in a few minutes but I didnt expect to have that long too wait. I figured it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait at most but an hour is really pushing it. And when the technician finally came to help me all she said was thank you for waiting not apologizing for taking so long. Its not good customer service to do that to customers and make them wait for a long time and they are new. I understand that the technicians are busy but there has to be better time management and making sure customers are feeling comfortable. I was not comfortable. I didnt think I would have to wait an hour either and not be told that it would take longer than a few minutes. The technician really didnt do a great job. Just mediocre. She didnt even give me a massage for my hands and arms and she barely gave me a massage for my feet and legs. She didnt help me out of the chair and she was really not very nice. I understand that the place was busy but I didnt feel taken care of by the staff. I read the reviews and thought this place would be a good place but I was disappointed with the long wait for an hour and the lack of communication and customer service. This was my first visit and more than likely my last. If I had driven myself I would have left but my friend took me so I waited but I dont think it is right for your staff not to be more diligent about time management and better customer service. Be attentive to all customers and make sure they are comfortable with how long it is taking especially when they made an appointment and they have to wait for a really long time and your staff needs to communicate better with the clients and not just talk about clients with other staff but make sure the client is comfortable and not waiting for an hour to get service especially when the client is new and not feeling comfortable with the lack of communication and customer care.

I originally made an appointment for Thursday, but they looked incredibly busy and I was pressed for time, so I moved the appointment to Friday with no problem. Ben did my nails (gel manicure with colored French tip -$45). They turned out amazing. He was very busy, but still provided a great experience. Cash only or Venmo. Definitely recommended.

Michelle Mason I have been coming to this business for 6 years now, and they have the absolute best customer service and the best manicures/full sets around. They are super clean and have a very pretty space. I moved away from the area and I still drive 45 mins to come here because they are top quality. I have been helped by almost every person that works there and they are all extremely kind, patient, and deliver great services. I 100% would recommend. I always get some crazy design or cool texture when getting my acrylics and they always come out perfect, they even make my crooked fingers look straight somehow.

The gal who did my gel pedicure was so diligent about getting my toes and feet just perfect. Plus, this salon had the best massage chairs I’ve sat in in a nail salon in a long time. Versatilegal TriniGal This place is not worth my money! 70$ didnt even scrub my feet or legs not even wash my feet had the nerve to put lotion on them like wtf smfh just did the basics of the toes only. I only came here not that busy me being me thinking okay the services still have to be good the location is in the cut anyway. Never maybe because I was black the energy was off already ugh Im so hurt I had when I spend money the services suck I couldve had my kids do this for me .Im pregnant so I wanted my feet done before I had them in the air ugh now I gotta go next nail shop get them scrub ugh!!!

Naomi Felix Nail Secrets is hands down the best nail salon in LA! I’ve been coming here for over a year and their russian manicures are flawless and done with incredible attention to detail. They take such good care of your natural nails, my nails are the longest and strongest they have ever been. The salon is always spotless, the ambiance is relaxing, and the service is top-notch. I won’t trust anyone else with my nails!

Ive gone to Soo many nail salons around the area and everything is expensive here in Glendale on the other hand here at Tinas you get the same service you would at an expensive nailbar for a better price. Alina Khodadian I came in today for a same day appointment! Gayane was beyond amazing! Took her time to make sure everything with my nails were done perfectly! Has the best nail color selection, along with a super clean station! Reasonable pricing, I had the Russian gel manicure done. Usually other places will leave me with nicks and scratches but Gayane was so gentle! I absolutely loved her and LOVE my nails! Definitely book your appointment!!!!

Overall vibe of the salon is so nice, calming and extraordinarily clean. I got Gel X nail extensions done with nail art for a convention this week and they turned out great! Will definitely refer friends.

S.H. Jacobs This is THE nail salon to go to. Id bet my hard-earned money that you wont find a classier spot anywhere. I got a Russian manicure with hard gel that lasted 4 weeks! The best part is it looked so thin and incredibly natural. If youve never had a Russian manicure I plead with you to get one here, just once. Try it! I initially thought ""Russian Manicure" was just a gimicky way of advertising but no, theres a real difference. They are so meticulous and genuinely care about the health and quality of your natural nail. My manicure was over an hour. The pedicure was also ridiculously ahmaazzzing! The technician opened up a packet of "olive" scented goodies and put this concoction in my pedicure bath. I cant stress enough how luxurious it was. She then proceeded to pamper my feet with such care that I wondered if they thought I was a celebrity. When I glance around though, I saw they treated everyone this way. Whaaaat! This place is next level. And if you go, make you check out the bathroom which is so exquisitely designed that it belongs in a high-end hotel. I will NEVER go anywhere else!

Tracy Simms My daughter and I visited this nail salon on 11/30/24 to celebrate her 19th birthday. I found this place on Google for Russian manicure and they do a FANTASTIC job and we will be back VERY soon. The customer service is GREAT, snacks, coffee and water are offered. The manicurist take their time and when theyre done your hands and nails look like the women in the fashion magazine. OMG the hand lotion that they use is good quality, none of that cheap lotion at your average nail salon. The nail salon itself is BEAUTIFUL, modern and classy. I raved about this place to a couple of co-workers and they are looking forward to their visit. Trust me you will not be disappointed coming here.

TAH Music I came for a pedicure for 29$. I was disappointed when I walked in at the smell (smelled like a dog grooming place or almost like dog poop/or a dog being groomed) and also the fact that they didn’t have normal spa massage chairs with the foot bowls. They only have regular sitting chairs and a basket filled with water. I was already here and tbh they were really friendly and nice so I stayed. The pedicure was great, however the main reason I get a pedicure is for ingrown toenail removal and they weren’t able to do that. One lady tried but it was ineffective. If they had regular pedicure chairs and someone who knew what they were doing when kit comes to ingrown toenail removal I would keep coming back, but due to those two things I won’t be.

Tara Daylami Extremely professional. Appointments always start on time. They never make a fuss about correcting a mistake. I’ve been coming here routinely (once a month) for about a year now. Kind of a bummer to see some of the other reviews of people who have only visited once. All that to say, if you care about timely appointments with kind staff + higher end products — especially ones that are non-toxic, vegan + cruelty free, I would recommend at least checking out this salon.

rana khalil I went to Tinct based on a recommendation from a friend. Decided to give them a shot since they are close to my house and she had a good experience. Overall my experience was good but a bit underwhelming. The nail techs are sweet and really great to work with and the place is clean so those are two pluses. However, I did feel rushed and my manicure started to get bubble/lifting within the first day. I didnt go back since I was leaving for a trip...needless to say they didnt last one week which is a bummer. Wanted to love this place, but most likely wont go back.

olivia lubeck THIS IS ONLY FOR WAXING — I was burned in 4 places on my face. These photos are over 24 hrs after I was waxed. She was super friendly, but must not know how to gauge temperature for wax. I knew it was hot but thought she knew what she was doing. Over $60 for burns. Bummed this was right before a trip. Going back to threading.

Anasheh Khodagholian Ive been coming to this salon for the last 5 years and thus far they have done an impeccable job. Today, I decided to get chrome gel mani. The nail tech who did my nails did not do it properly; a first for me here. I asked her to please redo the polish because its was thick and gritty. I offered to pay twice since it was a complete redo. The nail tech became visibly upset and had someone replace her. This new nail tech berated me the entire time she was taking off my polish. She was rough with my hands (picture attached), so I asked to please charge me for the pedicure and let me go. She charged me $61, for the pedicure and for the poorly done gel manicure that she took off. I was in shock. When I asked that she at least please put a proper polish on my nails, the entire team joined in on raising their voices at me, suggesting I was a difficult customer, "too picky to make happy." They bullied me into signing the sheet for my visa because when I said I will not, the nail tech shouted "Even better, I will charge you even more!" Im a tired nursing student. I just left here crying. This was a terrible experience. After all these years, I never imagined what happened today would even be a possibility. I understand these people work hard, which is why I never tip under $10 and I was firm in insisting to double pay today. Their attitude today was anything but professional and it really hurt my feelings.

Rehab Jaradat Today I went to cool nail salon for the first time the guy at the reception was nice but the lady who made my hand nails was in hurry and she didn’t even bother her self to finish my second hand as the first one and they set a new trainee lady to make my feet she doesn’t know what to do she was so confused and she couldn’t understand what I wanted when I talked to the salon manager he was so rude and unprofessional this place is so bad.
