Oriana Nelson Ashley at Honeycomb is amazing! Highly recommend her for a cut, color and all your hair needs. She is so friendly, personable and is seasoned in her craft. She is great at color and highlights and I have always been so pleased! She did a fantastic job with cutting my boys hair too. This salon is easy to get to with free street parking. Look no further!

Sasha Irving Taryn is such a talented stylist! Our toddler loves getting his hair cut because she is so gentle and communicative and I love the results! I highly recommend her!

May Labrador I haven’t been in a salon for years. My hair was obnoxiously long, but I didn’t know what to do with it. First of all, Honeycomb is a nice inviting small salon. It felt very homey. Once you walk in you are greeted by Betty May, a sweet old black lab. I told Taryn to do what she thinks would be fitting, so she went at it! I love my new hair-do! Thank you Taryn! You are the best!!

Dagmar Taryn is amazing! Took me in on a last minute appointment and gave me a beautiful haircut and style. (Also, I had a horrible hair day, not always that bad). She is very reasonably priced and such a nice person. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Mary Kunz I had such a wonderful experience here today! I had somehow developed a major blob snarl of hair - it had more than half of my long curly hair caught up in it. Ashley was able to completely take it apart in a very short amount of time. The whole process was (mostly!) painless and we laughed A LOT. She’s a hoot and a half. Followed up the snarl removal with a nice trim, I’m very happy about the whole experience and outcome. Thank you Ashley! Also a shout out to the wonderful Betty, a very sweet huge black dog with such loving and loveable eyes. I’ll be back for sure to visit with Betty! And for hair trims too. Blessings and thank you! Some weeks later - Just finished my second appointment with Ashley, again a wonderful hair cut. BUT - the experience was ruined because the other hairdresser was having a VERY LOUD conversation with her client. She did tone it down for a little bit when I asked her to, but in just a few minutes was as loud as she was before. It was hard to hear my own conversation!

Barbara Hogeland This lady knows curly hair. Elizabeth is personable and professional. She becomes a friend very quickly. Her salon is clean and light. Its a bit tricky to find & parking can be bothersome but the effort is worth it.

Kati Vastola Jennifer did an amazing job styling me and three members of my wedding party! My updo was soft and natural but also extremly secure - it survived wind, dancing and dipping, and a pretty intense late night ping pong match. She was so easy to work with, on time, asked just the right amount of questions to make sure I got the hairstyle of my dreams - highly recommend!

Lily Kucz Jennifer did my wedding hair and makeup and she did an incredible job. She was super receptive to my feedback and worked with me (and my family) to create a look I loved. I wish she provided a lipstick for touch ups throughout the night, but my hair and the rest of my makeup lasted for the entire night!

sarahtuna I highly recommend her to anyone wanting the best for their wedding! Jennifer was incredible to work with! She is attentive and dedicated to making sure all the details are perfect. I hired her for my bridesmaids hair and my makeup, and had someone else do my hair, and when that stylist did not due my hair to my liking, Jen stepped in and saved the day! Not only did she do all four of my bridesmaids hair, and my makeup, she also fixed all the mistakes the other hair stylist made with me. She was so easy to talk to and was quick to come up with solutions to any problems.

B Hansen I went into Salt + Moxie for the first time and I have to say once I opened the door I was impressed. The stylists are extremely nice, decor is so beautiful, and the atmosphere is so calming. I had my hair done by Michele and she was absolutely wonderful! I would definitely recommend coming here for any of your hair needs.

Shawna Kamber Michele is Amazing! Professional, fun experience every appointment. My color and cut is always fabulous! I get a Brazilian Blowout every 5 months and it is a game changer if you struggle with frizzy hair! Love her!

Ada Rios I went there for the first time I really recommend it if you want perm she did such a good job for my spiral perm and really love it she gave me a haircut a bit to get some ends and really felt good about it she’s very sweet and so is her daughter I would come back!

Melissa Pudvan Selina did an amazing job with my hair in her cozy studio on Riverside. I came in tired of boring long locks, and she sent me out with a shoulder length bob full of volume and style. I told her I didnt want bangs but I wanted something happening there...some sort of tapering to give it some shape around my face. Nailed it. I dont have easy hair to cut because its super straight and theres a lot of it. She handled it with ease. I am definitely coming back! Thank you, Selina!

Kyla Skinner I had a scalp massage and treatment by Mattea, it was the most relaxed I’ve felt in a long time. She didn’t talk too much, was calm and explained what she was doing, plus the focus was the best part of getting your hair done, the head massage! My scalp still feels moisturized and good the day after. She also gave me tips to reduce issues with dandruff over time. And extra bonus, it included a blowout and style, it was so fun having my hair done nicely for work!

Catherine Burke Ashley is amazing!!! I have super long thick wavy hair and is not the easiest to work with. Ashley does my color (blond which is not always easy to do) and cut and she always does an amazing job! She makes sure to ask all the questions up front about what you want and makes you and your hair the priority through-out the appointment. She is an expert in her field and is always going above and beyond to learn new better techniques to incorporate in her work. My hair always looks so refreshed and beautiful when I leave.
