Alf Garcia Dr. Sullivan has been my doctor since about 2009 and every time has been an excellent experience. Not only is he a really good doctor but amazing person. I highly recommend Dr. Sullivan and Sutter as well, I have only had positive experiences with him.

Norma villanueva Dr. Aftab my primary doctor is very efficient and thorough. She listens and not in a hurry. I can ask her anything regarding my health. She’s not judgmental and very compassionate. I love her.

renee gutierrez I truly believe Dr. D. Is one good Doctor. He listens and also takes the time to build a rapport with his patients, at least with me. But I have a feeling he does it with all his patients. He is the only Doctor I have had to do this. Taking time to get to know just a lil bit about someone goes along way. He always tells me before I leave to let him know if it doesnt get better or gets worse!

Donald Ward Wife and I were scheduled for our 1st vaccine today. There was an administrative clich and were sent away. The security guard who denied us access went to bat for us and talked to the person in charge. He followed us out into the parking lot to bring us back in as he had gained permission to receive the shot. Once inside the staff was professional and efficient and the shot was pain-free. Thanks to the NBHC team for getting us on the road to wellness

Mary Jo Dickerson Went in with an appointment & was checked in quickly. They warned it might be up to 1.5 hours, so I sent my husband for coffee across the street. As he came back 15 minutes later, I was called back. Went in, got vitals. RN warned it might be 20 minutes, but within 5 the doc came in. He listened attentively, assessed my issue & had me out with a prescription & a care plan. A+ service, great nurses, great techs, great doc.

Steven Fredman I visited Sutter Urgent Care at Low Court with a bad cough. They tested me and determined I had Influenza A. They ordered an X-ray and found I had mild pneumonia in one lung as well. All of this took some time, but I was kept informed as to where I was in the queue.The staff was friendly, sympathetic and efficient. Did it take a long time? Yes, but they were treating people who were sicker than me and needed attention first.I was very satisfied with the care I received.

Gary Bailey First experience here today. All staff were professional and courteous. The doctor assigned to me was on time and explained everything in detail. Surgery was scheduled two weeks from today. All needed tests were performed. Facility was old but clean. Adequate parking. Overall great experience.

Vanessa Aguilar Medical care is inadequate; you can never get seen. I am enrolled in the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) here because the military hospital in Guam left me on my deathbed twice after botching both surgeries they performed, resulting in lifelong complications. Im just trying to get better, so I brought it up to Patient Advocate Chandler. All he said was that my only option was to downgrade to TRICARE Select. However, since it was past the enrollment period, he advised me to plead my case to TRICARE to downgrade from TRICARE Prime. He mentioned its a misconception that Travis Air Force Base provides better care because, due to its size, we cant see patients promptly. It takes months to get a follow-up appointment or any type of care, which is frustrating. Ive been here since October, and no actual follow-up care has been provided. Eventually, the situation escalated to where I had to be seen on a different base. Its disappointing; I received better care in Guam, even when I was nearly dying. Do I need to be on the verge of death here to get proper care? Its wild. Good luck to Americans who need care from the military system. Thanks to Dr. Le and John for helping me the best you could. Even though, Mr. John, youre not a doctor, youve helped me more in one hour than in the entire months Ive been driving an hour away for each appointment.

Zelda Mario I came here with a broken leg for cast removal check, and was turned away saying I needed to go to an Orthopedic DR surgeon but I made an appointment over the phone and clearly stated what it was for. Its their own fault for not listening the first time. What an absolute waste of my time driving, going to the 2nd floor, than having to find a different doc somewhere else. They seem pretty distracted with their own bee-ess behind the desk there. and seem racist with zero white people working there, maybe they racist towards me?

Kalitha Love Im highly disappointed in the care and concern i didnt receive. My old doctor ( Dr. Patel) unfortunately moved to another state, he was one of the best caring doctors. Lately Ive been in extreme pain and was set up an appointment with Dr. Hong, she has been the worse doctor i have ever come across. She didnt show any compassion and didnt even exam the pain Im in. She kept rolling her eyes and brushing off my concerns about my pain. Doctors like her makes me lose faith in the healthcare system.

After being overcharged for multiple appointments, theyve decided that they want to try to blame the patient because they say I shouldve anticipated how my doctor was going to set the appointment even though I set the appointment as a follow up and only had a two minute visit because I was feeling under the weather and they asked me to not come into the office but rather meet over video.

Mark Montemayor I really like Dr. Brennan and NP Collins. However, 2023 has been a series of canceled appointments and horrible missteps in the beaurocracy between the lab, getting information to the medical practitioners, getting an appointment, and simply checking in and out. It started with the process of having to show up at the front desk to get a same day appointment to be seen by the lab. The day I showed up, I couldnt be seen that day. All the other labs of northbay were closed as well, so I fasted for nothing. A sympathetic receptionist advised me to go to the hospital where I had the labs done, only for the lab draw to be incomplete. I did not know this until a second try of having a follow up appointment because my original appointment got canceled and had to reschedule several months away. Frustrated, I asked to speak to a manager so they can get things right and for me to try not to take so much time off so I can navigate the northbay beaurocracy. As luck would have it, she was out, but I could get her card upon checking out. Unfortunately, the checkout specialist was not there and I had to go back in line for another 20 minutes just to check out and get a card. I just walked out before my blood pressure got too high. This office is grossly understaffed as I now have to take more time away from work and continue to have Fasting labs until they get it right. With my perception of the process getting in the way of the care that I need and the cost of added time to have to take off to make these appointments work with this system, I am of the feeling that I might need to consider alternatives to my care at reenrollment time.

laura estrada Absolutely HORRIBLE PLACE AND STAFF!!! Ive had to file so many grievances against this clinic, unfortunately I cannot change my PCP because it will mess up any referrals I have. I hate ole, they suck my Dr. She is amazing, but the other staff is just stupid. This morning I called I need to be seen, I was refused saying "nothing for July, nothing for August, September isnt open yet" But "we have something in american canyon with Manny Singh" I said I wanted a female doctor, as I need to be checked. I was told "yeah then there is nothing for you" "you would have to call everyday to see if there is a cancellation" So I filed another grievance with my insurance and because Im being refused services. I have to go to North Bay medical center, I cant wait to get my discharge paperwork that says "follow up with your PCP" Me: Sure, they should have something by October/November knowing them

Isabel Im so glad I switched to this company. My family is able to be seen by the same doctor. We are able to get urgent care appointments same day. Telehealth and phone appointments. The doctors and dentist are so friendly as well as the front staff. Im really happy with everything Ole has done so far!

Celeste R I have been here over two hrs… I’m 5wks pregnant and having pains and high risk… if I didn’t have a bladder infection when I got here I will for sure when I leave!!!! I was told to wait in the waiting room for maybe 45 min for ultrasound but shouldn’t be an hr almost 2 hrs ago!!!!! And to not use the restroom so I would have a full bladder. This is insane! As someone who has been in nursing for 20 yrs I can not see this as quality of care for any pt. It’s insane. If I weren’t traveling for work to this state, I would have found another hospital by now. All you see and hear are the nurses walking around in the back talking and laughing. I’m so pissed I want to walk out of here! I would NEVER SEND ANYONE HERE! I’m about to demand to see the pt advocate and DON. This is disgusting!

Carlos This place is the worst. The girl at the front counter is super rude and not just to me but just about everyone she delt with. I was 15 min early for my appointment and I still waited in the lobby for 1 hours and 45 min. The girl at the desk said there was only one person ahead of me but they called in 2 people that came in 20 to 30 min after me. Northbay you need to get a new receptionist. Read your feed back they all have problems with her.

Angela I came in for an allergic reaction. My doctor and I were very confused, concerned, and worried about why NorthBay Urgent Care did not give me a steroid or benadryl or anything to help. They took a picture and sent me on my way. I will not trust them with my care.

Jerika, Annette, & Ashley who helped deliver my baby to this world with lots of love & motivation! Very caring women & Im very thankful to have had them by my side that night. Also amazing lactationist Abbie! She was so informative & I was able to bf & gain so much confidence! Im excited for this journey with a healthy & thriving baby! _heyimbritt I have had 3 hospital stays here one last year and two within the last 6 weeks. Most recently a couple days ago. My stays are always 5-7 days. I have been with NB since 2023 coming from Big medical facilities in TX I was concerned what kind of care I would get here. Well my stays although have had a few bumps but my care has been stellar. The nurses, the hospital Doctors, my specialists, even the nutrition staff. All kind and great! I know everyone has different experiences but mine by God’s grace has been good. It’s tough being sick and having ti go through the challenges but to know you are cared for well takes a lot off of you.

O H Can never be reached on the phone to even ask a question or schedule an appointment. When you do finally get someone on the phone days later after calling several times a day, the appointments are booked out at least 3-5 months out. If you want to be seen earlier, they tell you to come as a walk in and wait there for hours only to be told that there were cancellations and to try again the next day.

Grimm Grey First few appointments were good, and the receptionist knew who I was and was always cheerful. But after only a couple appointments, dr Jane started getting in the habit of speaking over me and telling me what everyone in my life was “actually doing/thinking.” I also had a run in with 2 receptionists today. At first she was kind, but when I stated I was moving soon and that an appointment after I moved would be counterintuitive due to my change in insurance, she cut me off because they had no dates soon enough. I was fine with not scheduling another appointment here, but then she started getting frustrated at me for not taking the appointment?? Another receptionist jumped in just to say the same thing the other had said 3 times before, as the appointment was booked and I had started to walk away. I was incredibly disappointed today at the rude assumption I had no idea how to set up my own care for my move.
