Mari I am the type of person who has anxiety when i go to get my nails done because so many nail professionals dont pay attention that my nails are all the same length and width. I came to Tina and she did an amazing job. I felt like i could relax and didnt feel bad to tell her how i really liked my nails. She is very patient and always does my nails just the way i like them. Thank you Tina! 40 min drive is definitely worth it . I highly recommend Tina if you like getting a full set .

Elizabeth Solis I’m very upset about my first time service here while getting my manicure and pedicure. The tall old lady was rude and cut both of my big toes. She saw the blood and ignored it until my second toe was also bleeding. She also cut both pinkies and middle fingers. She also messed up the chrome I wanted and still had the audacity to ask for a tip and even got bothered when I said no. NO, THANK YOU! DEFINITELY GO SOMEWHERE ELES! (If I could give 0 stars I would)

s Cherry did my nails today. These are pictures from today the same day that she did them. I paid $70 for this. $60 plus a $10 tip. Im livid. And I see why they only accept cash because otherwise Id be charging them back for this. Updated to include two pictures from the third day after I got this done. So embarrassingly bad and awful and the manager told me that Cherry is the best nail tech there? Yikes yikes yikes. BEWARE

Jazmine Gonzalez I love this place I found them years ago every time I’ve came here they have never disappointed me I love the customer service everyone is so kind here I specifically always do my nails with Haiti she does and amazing job . Thank you guys for the great service always !

Jayna Jones I am thrilled with my nails from here. My technician was Hannah and she was so thorough and precise. She did a great job. This was my first time here, but I will definitely return to see Hannah, and I really appreciate the 5 day warranty card they give you for peace of mind.

Briseyda Padilla I will no longer be coming here. I don’t know what is going on but they are clearly not sanitary with their nail tools. I took my nails off yesterday and literally have fungus in three different finger nails, which is disgusting. I do not recommend coming here, they do not prioritize being clean and sanitary for their customers and their business. Very disappointed.

Yazmine Arteaga My nails are beautiful even-though my thumb looks like it’s been a week since I got them done but in reality it’s been only one day my pedi is horrible they forgot to finish an since it was late I didn’t notice until this morning! So disappointed

Genesis A Flores Ive been coming here for about 6 weeks but recently their service has gone down so much. I’ve been coming in every two weeks for gel and manicure and they have literally destroyed my nails. I always tell them to not file my nails so much because i have thin nails and they don’t listen and file them regardless leaving my nails very thin. My gel is always smeared and typically only lasts for about 5 days. Not to mention they don’t properly clean ur cuticles. While i was getting my nails done the manicurists kept insisting i get my eyebrows done even though I had told her several times that I was unable to she kept insisting and was extremely loud at at telling me that my eyebrows could be thinner. If you want to get your monies worth I recommend not coming here and go somewhere will they will not only do and take care of your nails properly but also not publicly shame you for your appearance infront of others.

Emmy Wong Ive been going here for years, Lisa is great, she always takes great care of me. Shes very friendly and so are the other workers. Prices are very reasonable and affordable, thats why I always come back. Granted I come about once a year though as my hair grows very slow, but Lisa is very consistent.

Teresa Lozano Very friendly staff...Tom and Cindy are great. I always go to them to have my hair colored and cut. Very professional staff and everybody there is so nice.

Nancy Self Jenny does a beautiful free hand design for my pedicure. Very pretty! Vivian gave me the best long hair up hairdo ever! Reasonable pricing.

Rachel Gajardo Ashley always does a great job with my nails. Shes very busy and in demand because of this, so its best to call in advance for an appointment or you might have to wait a bit. Theyre also cash only, so make sure to bring cash with you for your appointment. The nails are inexpensive for the level and quality of service that you get. My acrylics are always well done, even, and she does them pretty fast. Highly recommend!!

Elia My sister and her bestfriend recommended me to Ashley. I take any picture I see to Ashley and she does exactly what I asked for. She takes her time so be patient. She does an amazing job! Also, my pedicures always come out nice :)

mia conley This place is the best salon i’ve ever been to! It’s not super expensive and Ashley did an amazing job on my nails, she was accommodating, very kind, and she didn’t rush she took her time to make sure the job was done right and my nails came out perfect!

priscilla valdivia I’ve been going to D Nail Story for 3 years. I’ve never left dissatisfied. He has attention to detail, friendly and creative. He offers a beverage during your visit. He also offers membership for clients who come in often. I would recommend Dom for any style, shape, design, length. He can do it all!

Cata J. I went to get a pedicure for my daughters wedding. They give the best massages on my legs, ankles and feet. They take their time with you. I showed Anne a picture what I wanted and it was spot on. I find them a little bit pricey because they charge you for every little thing. But overall I was happy with the experience and would definitely go back again

T SYN (Syn T) All the staff were polite except the guy in the front. I didnt interact with him but I heard him being rude to people. The nails are oddly shaped and crooked. I did like that they started working on my hands right away. 27 for a full set of short ballerina and 15 for my 3d design.

Emily Ramirez Horrible job. The older lady that has glasses did my toe nails and cut way too much on the side of my toe nail and put some powder on it and now I have an infection due to the cut. She also cut above my cuticle on two other toes. That lady is probably too old to be working cutting nails because it is dangerous to be getting infections due to her cutting too much.

Raehann Bryce-Davis I just got a fabulous pedicure and a pretty trash manicure so I give 3 1/2 stars to average the FIVE STAR pedicure and the 2 star manicure. At the beginning, the woman who did the manicure kept hurting me by cutting my nails down too low, unapologetic when I whinced in pain, and the end result left an uneven finish with nail polish all around my nails on the skin. It was actually worse, with slanted nails but I asked the wonderful woman who did the pedicure to file them evenly after the manicurist left. So... COME FOR PEDICURES, skip the manicure.

joana cordero Went in was super busy, just came in for a fill of powder hurt when she was using the drill going super fast which I get but was hurting didnt get the exact color I wanted wanted a darker color but had cuts on some on my finger and when I was gonna tell her to fix the shape was in a hurry to just finish there were people waiting. My finger finally stopped hurting after 2 days

Crystal Jackson The lady that did my pedicure cut me with the drill and dugout the side of my toenail as if I had an ingrown causing me to bleed. When I said something she acted like she didnt understand. Then she put sooooo much acrylic on my big toe. I had to repeatedly tell her to thin it out and cut it down because I wear close toe shoes for work. I was very disappointed in this place. I will never go back.

Wana Mata This was my first time at Studio Nails Salon, and I think it can be a good place to get your nails done. However, both the staff that worked on me lacked attention to details. Even after I realized that my nails were not fully painted in some areas, particularly the corners, they did not cover them with nail polish. When I asked the lady who was working on me to fix it, all she did was quickly file my nails and rush me out of the chair. This place could definitely use some improvements in customer care service.

E Coco I think is her name very rude and doesn’t do a good job on pedicures she was on a call on AirPods the whole time. Scrubs one foot and not the other keeps checking the timer while giving massage just disappointing all around. New manager doesn’t know what she is doing. Will definitely miss Hilton. He was always so welcoming. Gotta find a new place to go to now.

Krystale S. Paid $30 for the deluxe pedicure and the lady didn’t even take her time with anything. I was done in 10 minutes when the ladies near me had been working on their clients before I sat down and I was done way before them. (Place wasn’t busy at this time) Typically I wouldn’t mind but she didn’t even bother to give me the foot massage until I mentioned it which was after the nail polish was applied.

I love sitting in the recliner while getting my toes done. Emily is very attentive, detailed, knowledgeable and makes easy good conversation. I can close my eyes and just enjoy my time. Desiree Noriega They weren’t friendly whatsoever they finished in in 8 minutes and the lady insisted that I get gel even so after I kindly told her not to and when it came to removing my callous she literally brushed one time and she was done and didn’t remove anything and talking to her other workers about us I’m sure I recommend not coming here and going to family nails on main st in Santa Ana it’s a friendly place and make u feel welcomed that’s how she left both my feet and worst of all she added her tip and a dollar to pay with card

Diana Magistro Excellent customer customer service here. The women are so friendly, and are true professionals. I was nervous about finding a new nail spot after moving out of New York but they have never let me down the past six months I’ve been here. Very affordable. My favorite part is also that they don’t take as long as most places do, but that doesn’t affect the quality of the service. 10/10. Professionals to say the least. They got me just right with my Christmas nails. I am so happy. Happy holidays ladies and thank you all so much for being my friendly neighborhood go-to salon

Jenneffer Vazquez Clean and welcoming. Service is good. Ladies were nice. I refused the gel because I hate not being able to take it off when I want to change colors at home. Will be coming back because it’s close to my house. Prices are always a mystery until you show up to a salon & they are not even the ones I needed to know that are listed on the wall. For reference I paid $35 for a regular mani & pedi (no gel) + $3 for gel removal. They have more expensive options but I just wanted something for the weekend. FYI extra charge fee for gel for mani is $10 and $10 for pedi. Tip: Pay with Zelle or Venmo to skip $1 credit card fee.
