Golden Lady Nails - Santa Ana (CA)

3 /5 T SYN (Syn T): All the staff were polite except the guy in the front. I didnt interact with him but I heard him being rude to people. The nails are oddly shaped and crooked. I did like that they started working on my hands right away. 27 for a full set of short ballerina and 15 for my 3d design.

1 /5 Emily Ramirez: Horrible job. The older lady that has glasses did my toe nails and cut way too much on the side of my toe nail and put some powder on it and now I have an infection due to the cut. She also cut above my cuticle on two other toes. That lady is probably too old to be working cutting nails because it is dangerous to be getting infections due to her cutting too much.

3 /5 Raehann Bryce-Davis: I just got a fabulous pedicure and a pretty trash manicure so I give 3 1/2 stars to average the FIVE STAR pedicure and the 2 star manicure. At the beginning, the woman who did the manicure kept hurting me by cutting my nails down too low, unapologetic when I whinced in pain, and the end result left an uneven finish with nail polish all around my nails on the skin. It was actually worse, with slanted nails but I asked the wonderful woman who did the pedicure to file them evenly after the manicurist left. So... COME FOR PEDICURES, skip the manicure.

3 /5 Raynah Robles: I am overall satisfied with the powder dip nails I received but not so excited about the pedicure. I literally didnt even want a pedicure done to begin with. But somehow I found myself getting one anyway. The woman doing them kept adding serviced that I didnt ask for. When I reluctantly agreed to have my toenails cut down and repainted, I ended up getting the full pedicure experience. She was sure to keep asking me if I wanted gel nail polish. I had already said no, just a regular nude color would be fine but she insisted on doing gel anyway. To top it off she insisted on adding a "French tip" that I had already declined several times just so she could tack on an additional $8 for an extremely thin white line that is hardly noticeable. I only expected to pay about 30 for my toes but ended up paying 48. The same happened with my nails. I simply wanted an acrylic set with a nude color but the lady insisted on powder and only let me know it would be 55 after she already began applying it. The sign on the window says 22 for a full set. I definitely didnt expect to pay 55 for my nails today. I walked out the door with a $103 bill. I like my nails but my toe nails are not even cut even at all so I dont like them. Anyway, it was an OK experience. Just way too expensive for the quality I received.
