5 /5 LOS91VG: Had a great experience with Joey! I won a contest on instagram which made me able to get a custom piece for cheaper than it would usually be. After making my appointment I met with Joey and he walked me through the process. After constructing my piece Joey was really open to helping me with a payment plan that would make it easier to pay without breaking the bank. Considering it was already cheaper than it would have been, I thought that was really nice of him. I ended up not using the payment plan but it’s the thought that counts. I made a purple amethyst cross. Joey offered to open his store on Easter Sunday so I could pick it up! It wasn’t feasible on my end but again I really appreciated his willingness to get my piece to me. Once I was able to pick it up I was amazed. It was just what I pictured. (Honestly the cross ended up being bigger than it was in the picture he showed me which was good because it was meant to make a statement). Once I took it home I went to my bathroom, which has really good lighting, and put it on and the stones were singing. They glistened in that way that make it look like they were almost turning on and off (I hope that makes sense). Anyways Joey was super helpful throughout the process and super accommodating. He made sure the piece was what I wanted. Going forward if I need any custom jewelry this will be my first stop!

If you are looking to get a custom engagement or wedding ring made, these guys are the best in the business. In our case, we had found pictures online of an antique art deco-style ring that we wanted to replicate (with a few design changes), and they made it happen. The design was complex, so Joey and his team made sure to get our feedback on several iterations of the design before casting the ring. The entire process was smooth and the end result was exactly what we were looking for! We will be reaching out about another custom ring soon! Side note - this is also the place to go if you need to get your permanent bracelet welded back on. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes!

They did an excellent job explaining the process and giving professional advice while still giving us full creative control and freedom! I have the ring of my dreams that I drew up and they brought to life! The product is fantastic quality and for a extremely reasonable price. The communication was quick, professional, and also very personable. You can tell they deeply care about giving the best to their customers.

Definitely will be back for more jewelry Update: we’ve had them a little over a month & both of our bracelets have broken off & one tarnished really bad after a few weeks of wearing. We went back & he put mine back on & replaced the tarnished one!
