Russell Matney Absolutely horrid ethics & unwillingness to correct a problem that they caused for our student. They sent us in circles from instructors to corporate and everyone passed the buck to someone else, none of them holding themselves accountable for the situation that they were ultimately responsible for. After clearly & kindly communicating over phone calls & email, and Charter staff failing to come to a reasonable solution, they sent us a random email simply stating they have withdrawn the student, w/no explanation attached, no resolution to the problem we were concerned about to begin with, and a phone number that goes directly to voicemail with no return calls as of yet. We are finding out that we are not alone in these types of issues from this school. I do not see how they continue to operate this way. I hope more students & families who have been treated this way speak up.

Sonia Barajas Charter College is the first college I have attended because Im the first in my generation to attend and it is by far intriguing physically and mentally. Staff is always polite and respectful and your always greeted with a smile. ^.^
