I trust that I am always getting honest service. And the best part is that both our vehicles get the problem fixed and run brilliantly after getting work done. My jeep has made it to 180,000 miles with hardly any issues and plan to put a lot more miles on it and continue working with the wrench!

I could ever ask to fix my Mercedes and do it in a timely matter. Around my work schedule and all of my life. All of my vehicles, Ive never had anyone care as much. 5 /5 Bruce Bissell: I’ve had great experience with the WRENCH. Mostly just for simple oil changes that have been very convenient and affordable. But most recently gave them a shot at a tricky problem with my Cadillac Escalade that I suspected I’d need to leave with a very inconvenient dealer and pay a ridiculous price to fix. They quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the correct part and got it fixed quickly and with a 3 year warranty. I’m VERY happy with my experience at the WRENCH!

1 /5 Jill Lesoing: NO STARS EARNED! How this place is still in business, I will never understand. Our car was towed to The Wrench, only because we were unable to take it to the dealer to get it fixed on April 13, 2023. We were told we needed a new engine. We paid the entire $9,000 up front in full, not long after. It is now February 25, 2025 (675 days later), and our car is still in their shop torn apart, but not fixed. John still hasnt let us tow the car away, and now it has additional damage from sitting there so long and having things stacked against it. We have been lied to or ignored so many times it is ridiculous. Finally, we told John (owner) on November 2, 2023, to have the car ready in a week for us to tow it out of there. He waited until the day of removal (11/8/2023) to bring the lift down only to discover the lift was "stuck" about a foot off the ground. It remains "stuck" on the lift 24 days later, and he is in no hurry to remove it. On April 20, 2023, we were told they were broken into, and all the car keys were stolen, so we had to give them our only other set, which are extremely expensive to replace. We have filed complaints with the BBB and are going to take him to court to get our car and money back. We are not the only ones whos have experienced these problems.
