Got a perm done a few days ago. I wanted a loose spiral perm. Resulted with a tight, frizzy perm. When wet, it looks ok. Everytime my hair dried up, yes with products on. It literally turned into a big poofy fro. Asked to go back in to get it fixed with larger rods. They scheduled me to go in. Just to tell me that its what I wanted, and they cant do anything about it. Besides put it in roller set temporarily. I told her, Im very unsatisfied with the service. I just needed it fixed- straighten back or get it re permed. At this point, I didnt care if my hair was in a fragile state. Ill deal with that later. She proceeded to tell me that I just needed to learn how to style it with leave in conditioner and oil. That they dont straighten hair. With my frustration.. I requested to be scheduled to go back in 2 weeks. So I could get some deep conditioning done in-between, before getting it re permed. However, I will not be going back. I dont appreciate being gaslighted. Her (the owner) telling me its exactly like the photo I showed them. BTW, it was nowhere close to the inspired picture. The technician that did my hair was super sweet. It was just unfortunate that the outcome of the requested service wasnt what I wanted. Their customer service to rectify the situation was horrible. This was the first time going there, as we just moved to the area. I wouldnt suggest this place to anyone.
