5 /5 Joanne Nguyen: I decided to try out this nail salon because its under new management. The new owner is super nice/professional. They added more pedicure chairs/manicure tables. They also have a three color system where you can get a perfect color match whether you use shellac, regular polish or dip. I had a dip manicure and pedicure and the owner did a fantastic job! The color was even and I had a great massage too! Will definitely come back soon and recommend Star nails to everyone.

1 /5 Unicorn Gamer: TERRIBLE....visited this nail salon twice. First visit was amazing. My second visit I got a full set nails ($65) and a basic pedicure ($35) + $20 tip. My nail tech rushed to do my nails while I was getting my pedicure. The result was very thick lopsided acrylic on my nails. She then put blobs of polish so thick that top of my nails looked wavy and you could see bubbles in shellac. The nail tech took no pride in her work she just wanted to be paid. While I was paying she kept yelling to charge me an extra $10 for no reason the owner was embarrassed.The polish was chipping off the next day. I called the next day for repair they were closed because they had no water. I made an appointment on my lunch for the next day during my lunch break and wasnt able to make it. I called the next day to come in and they were very happy to fix my nails. Upon my arrival the nail tech seemed irritated and confused by why I was there...?? Finally, the owner came out and looked at my nails and said I saw the problem (being too thick, and polish chipping off). She apologized and asked me to give them another chance. fixed them, and then charged $30 for a polish change. GASPING!!! $150. WOW!! I politely paid but I will not return nor recommend your establishment. If you mess up own it, dont be GREEDY, and charge "some" people more than others. Your nail tech is a representation of your business her failures, biases are as well....

5 /5 theresa tullio: Myself, my BFF and her daughter went in yesterday for our Mothers Day pedicure. Such a great experience! Jasmine and her ladies were so kind and gave us wonderful treatment. Complimentary champagne, smiles and A+ pediicures. Was our first time here, highly recommend and will for sure be back. Thank you all for an awesome time.

5 /5 Angi Clark: This is my new favorite nail place! I’ve gone twice now, and wanted to wait to review until I’d been back. Both my visits have been wonderful! Sophia and Haylie (sp?) are both so sweet and do an excellent job. I got a gel/shellac color change both times, and I love that they take their time and don’t just slap polish on and kick you out the door. It’s clean, everyone is kind and professional, and they offer free beverages, too - even wine! I’ll definitely be back, I think this is going to be my regular nail salon from now on!

5 /5 Kiera Soderwall: Husband and I heard about this place being the best…. They didn’t let us down. Nicest techs, best prices, and the most amazing manicure and pedicure! We will be back next time we are in town!
