5 /5 Sincy p: I had the pleasure of attending Sonrise Christian Center for the first time this past Sunday, and I was touched by how warm and welcoming the entire community was. What stood out to me the most was how thoughtfully the church accommodates families with young children. They have a dedicated space where parents can watch the service while their little ones play or rest. It allows families to stay connected to the worship and message without feeling like they were a distraction. My daughter felt so comfortable with her Sunday school class. The worship and sermon was wonderful! I could tell that the presence of God was truly there and it was great worshiping in a Spirit filled church. Overall, Sonrise Christian Center made a great first impression. I’m looking forward to returning to the church.

5 /5 Ariane Lorraine: My family and I went to this church yesterday, October 6th, for the first time and we loved it. We are Brazilian and we are already Christians. We were looking for an American church and we were impressed with the reception from the moment we entered to the moment we left. We were very well received and the word was very good and we could feel the presence of the Holy Spirit in that place.

1 /5 Statements Furniture: Started off ok but one night an associate pastor’s wife began promoting the Message translation from the ‘stage.’ The Holy Spirit gave me a hard push to research this “translation” right where I was seated. After reading about the blasphemous ways this spun the Holy Word of God, I stood up and walked out. I did call the church several times to speak to the senior pastor about my concerns but no one bothered to return my calls. Everything about that place went downhill from there. The fact they have a continuous revolving circuit of NAR false prophets coming around to preach to everyone for the sole purpose of either selling their latest book or they were invited to speak to be the sole beneficiaries of that 2nd offering plate being passed around. Also they were always inviting that other false prophet (profit) Chuck Pierce around who endorsed a proclaimed Mormon Glenn Beck and his wife by anointing them with oil, had elders gather around them while wearing a Jewish prayer shawl given to them by Chuck Pierce to commission them to do the Lords work regarding politics. REALLY?! I confronted him on his FB page but he chose to ignore me. Another issue I had is the nepotism I witnessed by Sr pastor Dan Hammer crowning his son to be lead pastor of this church. No way should that be allowed. He wasn’t ready, had no experience in life skills and he had a book about addiction to porn, which should never be a free pass to becoming a pastor of a very large church. Zero connection with the congregation. Not mature in any way to just be handed a position like this. They teach the church (God’s people) like a commodity. RUN. Run as fast as you can.

5 /5 Fortune Chiotcha: Absolutely loved the experience. I felt the presence of God as soon as I walked in . God touched my life in another dimension. I love the way the pastor and elders are sensitive to the spirit of God.
