3 /5 Samantha Parker: Last time I came in was 2016 and they burned the skin around my eyebrows a week before prom so I vowed I wouldn’t come back. I came with my mom today (she goes here all the time - didn’t remember that). We had a 3:30 appointment and got pedicures, dip powder manicure, and a fill for her. I have never had dip powder and I regretted it immediately. I like the color but the process is unsanitary - they didn’t have me wash my hands before or after and dipped my fingers straight into the jar. I wouldn’t even call it a manicure they buffed my nails, did the dip powder process, and then filed my nails (none of them look remotely even or a certain shape). I specifically asked for my cuticles to be trimmed/cleaned up and they buffed them along with my nails. My moms fake nails look great though. She also got a deluxe pedicure and I think they gave me the same? By the time I put my feet in it was probably almost closing. I spent more time soaking my feet than receiving the pedicure, I wouldn’t call it deluxe either. I wasn’t even asked what “scent” I would want during but my mom got lavender. We were there until 40 minutes after they closed even though we had a 3:30 appointment. It wasn’t worth the $170 total before tip (mine specifically being $90).
