M Quezada Went with Fernanda for the first time. She absolutely killed it. Super creative and thorough on her job! Definitely the best place in Yakima. Salon is very aesthetically pleasing and makes you feel like you are in a completely different city. My daughter also got a mani and was made to feel super special.

This place is the highest quality you can find. I have lived in multiple states now and every time I come back to Yakima, I still schedule an appointment with her because Tricia truly does the best work. Could not give a higher recommendation!

Tiffany Robarge Absolutely amazing experience! The ladies there were kind, professional and they actually knew how to cut my hair the way I wanted. I showed them pictures of the cut and they delivered and for a very decent price. The salon was clean and well decorated. I have not been able to find a stylist that can cut bangs correctly since I moved to the Yakima area, but they nailed it! 10/10 highly recommend Lettys salon!

Anna W My friend and I went to this nail shop for the first time. It’s been so hard to find a good place! The last one I went too last time I got my nails done I thought was the one that I’ll be a regular customer. But nope. My nails after that place got brittle and the texture was weird. Now Lotus nails.. wow! It’s been 2 days and so far my nails are still perfect! So hopefully the after effect will be good unlike last place. I got the dip powder for my manicure cause it’s my fav. She really took the time! When I thought I was done cause she told me to wash my hands and I came back out I wasn’t done. She had me sit down and keep going! I was really impressed at the dedication and detail they had. My friend had a color change and she said that they went beyond a color change. She was visiting from out of town and said this is where we need to start going! Also the guy did my pedi and his foot massage was WOW.. same with my friend. We were amazed! So many things to say haha last one .. 2 ladies came in and one of them said they have been coming there for 15 years! So if that doesn’t even tell you how great this place is I don’t know what does!

Abigail Wilks The man was kind but didnt share any of the visions I had. I went through multiple ideas I had and was only able to get French tips. I was embarrassed as if I had been asking for too much, but I was not! I wanted a minimalistic design with a few star shapes. It seems that this place is very limited when it comes to options. More importantly, my nails were no good! They looked very orange (the picture doesnt capture it very well), and the French tips were wonky. Spent $75 dollars on these and had to get them redone the same day at another location because I couldnt bear to look at them! I hate to sound mean considering how nice he was, but I wont be back.

Antonia Mancinelli Love this place they treat you like family no matter who you are. They are the best at what they do and very professional. I get my eyelash extensions done here by Alma, shes the best and has become a really close friend.

Stephanie Lockett This is my special "me time" place. I feel so relaxed in the massage chair while getting my mani-pedi done. I love how Q always takes special care with my nails. Overall, the service here is wonderful.
