Flash forward to October of 2024. The last few times Ive come here Ive noticed a decline in the quality of staff and the quality of their work. I had to sit through one of the top three worst pedicures Ive ever had. She asked me if everything was OK and I said no, but nothing in her delivery changed despite me clearly being unhappy with how it was going. You cant just tell someone "youre not doing it right", so I dont know how to tell her the pedicure is not thorough. I pointed out to the clear spot that needed to be worked on and she acted like she didnt see. The pedicure I had she BARELY used pressure for the skin remover and did it for two seconds, and same thing with the pumice stone. Then gave the lightest massage, not even a massage, just softly rubbing in the lotion. This is expensive!!! 50 dollars for something I could have done at home. I shouldnt have wasted my time and money by coming here, I got so upset and felt powerless to do anything. Just had to sit through a trash service, I wanted to get up and walk out mid pedicure. I felt so uncomfortabe. It sounds dramatic but its so hard to finally make time to do something for yourself and pay hard earned money for it, and it end up being a huge disappointment and money and time wasted. Ill never be back.
