1 /5 Aisiri Ravishankar: Would rate zero stars if I could. I wanted my cuticles to be cared for because they were in dire need of some TLC. Also opted for the sugar scrub pedicure. It was a terrible experience. The lady who did my mani and pedi rushed so much it was nuts. I was there with another person who just wanted a pedi, and my mani+pedi took as long as just her pedi. She barely scrubbed my feet, the scrub and massage lasted like a minute each. The nail paint was also terribly applied. The base coat was literally one dry stroke in the middle of my nail. My top coat was similar, and it looked so bad that I showed it to another worker there and she said ‘oh you messed it up’ and then put another top coat on. I did not mess it up. I saw other workers do a much more diligent job, so it looks like your experience would differ because on who you get. I got an older lady with a grown out blonde bob. If you end up with her, run.

1 /5 Jeniffer Boyles: First time and last time here. Went in for a pedicure. When me and my sister walked in they asked us to pick color, as we were looking the girl kept rushing us telling us she was ready now. When we told her we were still trying to pick she kept pointing at the chair saying she was ready right now. So my sister sat first since she had a general idea of what color. I was sat about 10 minutes after her which was fine. Except the girl doing my toes kept trying to catch up to the lady doing my sisters pedicure making my pedicure rushed. The bag liner had a hole so it kept suctioning to my feet and instead of fixing it they just drained it. So I didnt even get to soak in it. They didnt remove any of the dry skin on my feet and then used a different color than I picked. Color was still very pretty but I wish they would have asked first. On the menu it said the sugar scrub Pedi was $27 and $15 for gel. Thats exactly what I got but when I got to the counter to pay they said it came to $58. I have no idea how considering it was the fastest pedicure I have ever had (about 10 minutes) with no massage and a quick run over with sugar scrub and no callus removal at all. My feet still are dry and nails look like I did them myself. Save your money. This place just wants you in and out like a lot of places these days and you can do a better job yourself.

After being there for 1.5 hrs as one of the only people in there and having horrible dip nail done and getting my cuticles buzzed till they bled the nail tech then stuck her fingers in my top coat which I asked her to redo. She redid them and then wiped the top coat off with a paper towel so she did a third top coat. When the third top coat dried uneven and grainy I asked for a refund of $45 or for a gift card. Both they refused. Never again.

5 /5 Yarelly Ramirez: I went into the salon for a walk-in pedicure and the staff helped me quickly and were very nice. Their work was great, the staff was kind, and the salon was clean. One of the best experiences with a nail salon!
