1 /5 verena santos: Im owner of Verena Hair Designer and i been in Phenix Salon Suites for 2 years; when i started i got 20 weeks $100 more free because business there as never picking up. i also clean 3x a week commun area to deduct $100 of the week bill; so i start in the suite 133 and i move for the suite 123* now im in the suite 101; and currently when i was leaving Phenix Salon Suites; in the day 08 of january of 2025, Verena hair designer, myself suffer an fake accusation of harrassement; 2 months before Natalia Beauty Salon Microbladding and Shadding she was using the space of Phenix salon suites against the rules. i knocked in her room and i told is not permit because i had asked the Owner before, so she got very mad on me and told me that i was unprofessional and since there; she and her friend rhat also is a business Marta Montes Massage planned inside a commun area, i locked myself inside there i try to find a ways to scape: Martha Montes had been agressive ro me touch me face without authorization and look like she dont stop to follow me since she is jeleous about i be the best brazilian hair designer and specialist in Keratin, Im very disappointed because i grow from scratches and he has proves that the womens is not telling the true; that she been hidding herself there: i got very scared to go out and im always silly to not call for help. also today i brought someone to pick my products furnish: start in a new place but while i was putting things with the handyman that works for verena hair designer; he left myself locked out and change the key, so i been unauthorized to work in my place; i been with a harrassment call; from other business, when she show up just her personal side; i dont have a contract because i been paying and ask for one in 2 years. I also been paying and not be able to work; i also never received a receipt from weekly payments; im looking more than 200k investiment, because i fake call, i acknoloadge my mental health; but i know my boudaries and rights, and Phenix Salon Suirss is damage the Image; and leading Verena Hair Designer LLC; without be able to work. i would like at least have my products; since im loosing all my investiment and time and also its having obstruction of justice, i dont understand how a franchise authorize this kind behavior from one company that cares they name, help is not help when i pay week like everyone. and when im the business that keep phenix like business; i also dont have any authorization to my salon be a model salon for he show and rent for other girls his rooms; and at this point, Phenix trun to me a afraid place to be. i thought was family, i work my soul to build Verena Hair Designer. So unfortunately this is my experience as renting a suite on Phenix. Basically is difficult to be in self defense be political at work. when come 2 new friends business; rhar a competitor and use against your mental health background to treat yourself. I just wish justice be made .
