1 /5 Carly: SCAMMERS!!! Went here for years with okay or good experiences. Suddenly charged additional $5 for a fill, and I told was an extra charge for long nails when I asked about it. My nails are by no means long. They are less than half an inch. Sign is still up with $45 fill price. Rather than getting into an altercation, I left. I will not return. There were two people at the counter when I was told about this new “charge” so I don’t think this was just one rogue employee. This is a scam. Beware.

1 /5 S C: There are many reasons I have one star. To start, I asked for a VERY sharp square shape. It is the first thing I let them know, it’s the only shape I like. I got some oval, some coffin.? I left with nail polish all over my hands, my nails are extremely lumpy, and I have cotton from a cotton swab stuck in my nail gel. The polish/acrylic look like it has grow out, even tho I just got it done today. At the risk of sounding dramatic, I cried after this nail session in my car. This is the ONLY thing I get for myself and look forward to. I am pretty reasonable and always tip very well. I am so sad and unsatisfied with my service today. Also, After curing my nails in the light, the lady tried taking off the excess nail polish that was on my cuticles with a cuticle cutter and cut my fingers :(((( I didn’t have time to sit there and make her fix every single nail as I had an appointment elsewhere I needed to drive to. If I had any advise, it would be to slow down.:(
