1 /5 Jamie M: Horrendous experience. Not to mention alarming. Was recently down in the U.S. from Canada for work, and a basic part (a hose), to my CPap machine broke and I needed a replacement. Contacted Norco first thing in the morning, and was told I would need a prescription from my Canadian Doctor in order to process the order. Called back to Canada and was able to have my doctor send a fax to the number provided by noon that day. I was certain I wouldnt have any issues, as long as I arrived at the store by the 5 pm closing time. Made the 2 hour drive in rush hour traffic from Seattle to Bellingham, arriving at Norco at 5 pm. "We dont see a fax for you," I was told, and that was pretty much that. The apathy was shocking. Clearly these people have no idea how people on Sleep Apnea Therapy rely on this equipment in order to have a proper nights sleep. And so that night I did not. I ordered a replacement part from Amazon that night for next day delivery, but for one night I paid the price terribly thanks to Norcos incompetence. They let me leave their Bellingham store that night with a demonstrated level empathy or concern that was borderline sociopathic. Stay clear and give your business to a provider that genuinely wants to help and appreciates their customer base.
