1 /5 Kendall Smith: I hate leaving bad reviews for new businesses but I had such a bad experience I feel like I have to in this case. I was hesitant to try a new place but some of the reviews were so positive that I overlooked the bad ones. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst nail salon experiences I’ve ever had. All I wanted was just a regular manicure which I figured was simple enough. The staff were very friendly, but the quality of work was the worst I’ve ever experienced. First of all I asked for round nails and these are square. Even after I spoke up during the process and asked if they could be more round this was still the end result. And then every single nail she painted was a total mess. I was there forever because she spent so long trying to fix the smears and clean up the polish on my skin. But this is still the end result and my nails are uneven, not round, smudged, bubbly, and overall a total mess. Such a waste of $27. Maybe someone else would’ve been better but I would be very hesitant to try this place. You’re better off saving the time and money and just painting your own nails.
