Lucia Manzo This is the only nail salon I’ll go to. I like to grow out my natural nails and just get gel and they’re always so sweet & accommodating this is my most recent set !! Update: this is now my set and I couldn’t be happier Nancy gets me right every time !

danielle sharp Second time here and the experience is always a pleasant one. Fatima does a great job at explaining what products to use and the correct way to use them. She also offers other things that will work great to help maintain your clean/shining face. If you want a clean face, an amazing facial massage, and a relaxing time she is the one to go to. Anna W My friend and I went to this nail shop for the first time. It’s been so hard to find a good place! The last one I went too last time I got my nails done I thought was the one that I’ll be a regular customer. But nope. My nails after that place got brittle and the texture was weird. Now Lotus nails.. wow! It’s been 2 days and so far my nails are still perfect! So hopefully the after effect will be good unlike last place. I got the dip powder for my manicure cause it’s my fav. She really took the time! When I thought I was done cause she told me to wash my hands and I came back out I wasn’t done. She had me sit down and keep going! I was really impressed at the dedication and detail they had. My friend had a color change and she said that they went beyond a color change. She was visiting from out of town and said this is where we need to start going! Also the guy did my pedi and his foot massage was WOW.. same with my friend. We were amazed! So many things to say haha last one .. 2 ladies came in and one of them said they have been coming there for 15 years! So if that doesn’t even tell you how great this place is I don’t know what does!

Tiffany Robarge Absolutely amazing experience! The ladies there were kind, professional and they actually knew how to cut my hair the way I wanted. I showed them pictures of the cut and they delivered and for a very decent price. The salon was clean and well decorated. I have not been able to find a stylist that can cut bangs correctly since I moved to the Yakima area, but they nailed it! 10/10 highly recommend Lettys salon!

Marie Lovestrand Tina one of the owners she is so sweet and kind and caring and I love the time she takes to get my nails done and I can’t remember the name of the man that did my pedicure, but he was awesome too. In fact I think everybody in this pronouns are awesome caring people and I’m so grateful to be able to go there and be safe knowing you’ll do what I ask. Thank you
