1 /5 Caitlyn Sapp: I recently had a terrible experience at this nail salon and felt compelled to share my disappointment. The acrylic nails I had done at this salon turned out chunky and thick, to make matters worse, the gel on top started peeling within just a WEEK. This has never happened to me before and Ive been getting my nails done for years. On top of that the pedicure was also a disaster. My toes looked as if I had done them myself with the cuticle area completely flooded with gel polish. Prior to this service I had stubbed my big toe and a good portion of my nail ripped off and when I asked the nail technician to be cautious with it he didnt listen and proceeded to use nippers, a buffer and a file causing a lot of pain. When I went back to the salon to address theee issues and request a refund after coming back from a trip in Yakima that made it unable for me to come prior I was met with RUDENESS AND ACCUSATIONS of lying. Its clear to me that this salon doesnt care about the quality of their work or the satisfaction of their clients. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST PATRONIZING THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

3 /5 Christina Shahwan: My work schedule recently changed and I was looking to find a new nail salon. Very nice lady did my fill and shaped my nails perfectly. They were pretty insistent that I do shellac since it dries much quicker. Two days later the polish was chipping. I’ve never had shellac chip so much so quickly. Today I had a piece come off in a large piece. Definitely won’t do shellac if I go back.

1 /5 Karla GB: The place is nice and relaxing. But I will not go back. The lady kept telling me “what to do” with my hands with a bad attitude. Rushing me through the process and not even wanting to wait for the full 60 seconds to get my nails dry between layers.

2 /5 Lindz Z: Not very friendly (the lady actually comes across as annoyed/irrated). Asked for pink chrome beds with French tips. She said she could not do that - as French tips would not adhere very well. So I request acrylic pink polish with French tips. I ended up with just pink nails and when I said what about the French tips. She said no you didnt say French Tip. I told her we talked about it 4 times...she just kept repeating "no French Dip". My daughter was sitting next to me and heard the whole conversation. She said she would re do them but I did not have time to take off the shellac again and she still had to work on my daughters nail. Overall, very snippy service. Lady is going to do what she wants.
