5 /5 Gemma Riser: Ive been going to Lina for a few months and she always does such a great job! I got a new set put on tonight and Im OBSESSED. I really appreciate her attention to detail. She checks and then double checks her work to make sure the nail lengths on one hand match the other and makes sure the shape is perfect before I leave. Ive also had 2 pedicures here, I cant remember the name of the lady who did my pedicure but she also did an amazing job!

2 /5 Maria McNeeley: I have come here a few times and lately my experience has been very rushed and the results are extremely disappointing. The lady I had I yesterday was extremely rude. I wanted a deep blue color which she did find the shade but I asked if I could have black underneath and then the blue over it. She literally rolled her eyes at me and said rudely that its only the first coat and it will get darker. Would have really ruined her day if she just did what I wanted!? Im paying for it anyway. I couldnt even believe it. She didnt have me wash my hands after filing the nails down so ahe painted over the dust leaving dots on my nails. I had the matte top so its extremely noticeable. I dont even want to go back because she was so unprofessional and rude. I will definitely be taking my business else where. Getting your nails done should be a relaxing experience this definitely was not.

4 /5 Jr STF: Tha kyouu Kim, Dina, Happy and I missed the other wonderful lady who was working in my moms pedi, yall did a great job especially on moms services as she is a diabetic and yall were very attentive and warm to her. My sister and i both got ur nails done to the 9 and we loved it all. Without services ranging from fullset pedi to fullset mani and the team being do professional, especially when walke in an hr before closing yet still we was satisfy with our nails and other services like my eyebrow reshaping and waxing. Thank you, worth every penny, will come to see yall when back from Korea in weeks time!! Awesome job ladies!!

1 /5 Julia Saysanasy: On 5/29 I took my daughter here to get her nails done for her school dance and also, her first time getting her nails done. A lady wearing white/pink glasses and who’s first table by the window helped us. My daughter said that she was very aggressive and cut her skin and it started bleeding (bad first impression). The nails itself is decent but not the overall artwork. You can see in the photos where all the glue is visible and not clean, rushed and messy! Charged $115 for this? That’s just crazy. We didn’t realize how messy it looked until after leaving AND a random lady approached us while we were still in the mall because she saw us inspecting the nails, she asked if my daughter had just gotten her nails done from that place and we said yes. She said her name is Kim and that she works there! Today was her day off and she was shopping around the mall. She knew that we weren’t happy about the outcome and offered to fix them right then and there, on her day off! The gesture alone from her was amazing but unfortunately we declined, that would have been a very weird and awkward position to be in! I get it, I’m a paying customer but this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. If the work wasn’t sloppy to begin with, we wouldn’t need to go back to fix it! My daughter and I really appreciate Kim for showing us kindness and going above and beyond for customer satisfaction. If we were to come back, it will be because of her.

1 /5 Angie Howard: Not impressed with my nails done here. The gal rushed through and when I asked her to fixed some areas, she could have cared less and seemed bothered by my request. All my nails have bad areas, uneven, ridges, and thick. The sides/edges all are not finished or smooth. If you dont want to do the services right, then only do the services you like to do or dont offer the services at all. It felt like they were more interested in pushing people through per hour then actually taking the time to do a great job on each service. Very disappointed and wont be returning.
