Sawera Wahib I just went there today and I really liked their service, they’re really friendly and I got a haircut exactly the one which I asked for.

Angela Dale Ive been going to the Haircase for years. Its a warm, inviting, clean, sanitary, covid sensitive, affordable, and a super comfortable place to go for all ages, genders, and those with limited mobility. Ashley (co-owner) listens intently to my needs and high expectations til we are on the same page before my hair is touched. She is 100% honest to what will work and what will not as well has no issues saving me money. Example: I was interested in a Brazillian blow out...I cant afford to have it done first and second as frequent as it would need to be done...(Ashley and her creative self) showed me step to step how to do it at home myself with professional products I already have. With my schedule always changing and the need to see her every 4 to 6 weeks, I can say with complete confidence she makes herself available to see me. I live in University Place, and my work schedule changes week to week. She goes above and beyond to make sure I can get in accordingly. Is it because of a lack of clients? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Its about making us ( clients) a priority. From walking in....to having my hair done... to leaving I NEVER feel rushed. She schedules plenty of time for every single client and is open to changes during the appt. I have a head full head of premature gray from a very young age, length to the middle of my back. I knew it would be a challenge to cover professionally. Ashley never ceased to amaze me with how I leave the salon 100% satisfied. Now is it perfect every time...theirs been a time or 2 the color didnt take as well as I expected. It could be a number of reasons... At the end of the day, she would consult with other stylists to what couldve been the reason. The MOST important part to me is that its extremely comfortable addressing it with her she had absolutely zero problem correcting it. My hair is my personal investment, and expectations are set high. Ashleys style is... at the end of my appt she will go thru it to be sure I am happy and satisfied before I walk out the door. Its a professional, non judgemental place to go. Its truly an appt I look forward to going to and dislike leaving. I will highly recommend this salon as well...theirs other hair dressers for all personality types. Ive sent referrals to them that would agree with the full experience I do!!!! This salon offers a plethora of other options as well, barber shop, waxing, weddings, proms and does the hair of Ballroom dancers (professional, I might add). She wouldnt have been invited back as well as getting referred to others if her work wasnt optimum. I recommend making a appt...you will not regret it!!!!

Young Chi Pleasant place, haircut exactly the way I want for more than 20 years. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Krista Sealey Came in for a pretty drastic change from long hair to a short bob and was extremely happy with the cut :) The staff was very friendly and welcoming, good price too. Definitely would go back.

Saniya Mazmanova I came here to get my haircut from yesterday fixed. Kim did a wonderful job, I got the curtain bangs and the face framing that I wanted. So grateful!

Milton Edward Surprised my wife for the holidays with perm and cut. Michelle is the best and ONLY one we trust. Such a sweet and kind person that made time for us right before the holiday. We love you Michelle! Thanks for everything!

Katrina Thiessen I wish I could give this salon, specifically Heather, more than 5 stars, this review is very overdue but I want to note that she is a phenomenal color master, plus the salon color educator, while simultaneously being very conscious of not compromising your hair. I appreciate the communication regarding price point for services and the fact she always keeps in mind what you want for your overall end hair goal, if it cant be accomplished in one session. Its been over a year of working with Heather to get back to blonde (I came to her with red hair!) after my hair was very damaged by previous color/products/neglect. Including pics of my color, that Heather has completed, and where I started with the red. Im always so happy when I leave Bella Red, thank you!!! Oh, side note, the gal she is training, I think her name is Emory, is equally fabulous and so sweet. They work together incredibly well as a hair duo/team and its really impressive to see such a strong and professional work ethic. Perhaps its also worth mentioning that I literally stalked peoples hair photos on Instagram for a solid year before committing to booking with Heather, my only suggestion would be, can you have the owner open an Olympia or Tacoma location? Until then Ill make the drive! Last two photos are where I started with color and very badly damaged hair, middle is current hair status. They are I believe an exclusive Bumble & Bumble salon plus clearly put a great deal of time and energy in perfecting color and cuts so obviously the price point is slightly higher than you might pay elsewhere but I think its worth every penny!

Patricia O I been coming to this salon for years and love the service every time. Patty the owner is very attentive and makes sure you get what you want. Also her friend/assistant Karla gives you a very gentle and relaxing massage when washing your hair.

aygeekimmy This salon was recommended to me by a friend, so I took a chance and made a reservation for a haircut. When I got there, they were all super sweet. There was a small scheduling snafu, but Lisa and her staff got everything sorted. I had originally planned for just a cut, but after chit-chatting with Lisa I ended up getting a perm as well. The two staff members working today were very attentive, and I had a great time chatting with everyone. They were super busy, but they checked in with me to make sure I didnt need anything. Im super happy with Lisas suggestion of hairstyle/perm, and I enjoyed joking around with the male staff member they had. The female staff member there was super sweet and answered all of my random questions. I would 10/10 go there again, and wouldnt hesitate to recommend this salon to my friends. Thank you, Hair Bank staff!

Ronda Mitchell I have gone to expensive salons and gotten a haircut and style for $75 and not as happy with my cut and style as I get at Ivys! I love these ladies! They are fantastic with helping change a style, they take their time with the cut and made my hair look great! The best haircuts I have ever had and I am in my 50s.
