1 /5 Shyanne Baylash: My first time here was great, got the color perfect. I was hoping to have the same hair stylist the 2nd time, but it was changed when I was in. The hair dresser kept reassuring me she was better than my previous hairstylist, because she had 20+ years of experience. She didnt listen to me at all, wouldnt even cut my hair, or dye it the way I asked, just kept telling me it would grow back. It was so awkward, and I kept giving my previous stylist, eye contact, like "save me", she ruined all the work the previous artist did. Refused to give me a V hair cut with layers, and bangs, cut a 1 off my hair, and it ended up PURPLE. Last minute she added an extra $100, how do I end up going from wanting high lights, and going lighter, to black purple short hair?!? Please, listen to your consumer. Ive been going to Gene Juarez across the water, and I can tell you its a complete difference. The color lasted in my hair with my first stylist a very long time, and she was very nice. The 2nd stylist was forcing me to look so ugly, $500 later, and over twice the price, but the same place? She even was talking smack about her other clients, and trying to "comfort" me that what she wanted on me would be better? The color washed out the 2nd time I had it done in less than a month. What a joke... If you have to force someone to have their haircut, and dyed your way, and not theirs, its an issue. Didnt even ask me if I wanted to keep who I had, she just switched it there on the spot. It was exhausting. Most expensive haircut and dye of my life, and was the worst. Dont waste your time and money, unless you get the young girl, that will actually listen, and doesnt act like shes better than you. Not sure how I booked the most expensive dye to go lighter, and it ended more expensive when she dyed it dark, clearly she needed the extra $$$, and was going to do anything to get it, including stealing clients, that now will never return. Ended up adding over $100 to the listed price, but they didnt give me this style? My hair had never been dyed before this.
