Jeff Sternal I had a great experience with Andy and Tyler, who rehabilitated my late fathers 2005 Thunderbird. I cannot recommend them strongly enough. If youve looked at the other reviews, youve seen one with eleven reasons theyre great. I was skeptical when I saw it, but Andy and Tyler more than lived up to it. Id highlight a few of those reasons (paraphrased): - These guys are honest, trustworthy, and have excellent character. Everything they told me checked out, and they went out the way to make sure I understood what we were discussing. - They communicated regularly, with timely updates via an appropriate channel, whenever they had something relevant to say. Quick questions came via phone or text, invoices via email. - They were focused on achieving my goals, and treated the car like it was their own. If Im ever in a position to do work like this again, I wont hesitate to go to Rule Garage.

When I presented my card, they told me the truck was due for an oil change as well, and took care of me in one fell swoop. The crew didnt complain that they had an hour till closing and were extremely accommodating to my needs! Special shout out to the entire crew at this location! Rose Williams Definitely a great experience. They took there time to figure out what my vehicle needed, and once they did they fixed it right up. It now drives beautifully and I couldnt be happier. Combined the whole grew has many many many years of experience. The fix was affordable and they do offer in house financing. Also, it has a friendly welcoming environment. Jean is a pleasure to talk with throughout our entire experience. Will definitely go back if needed before we pcs.

Vadim and his talented team did an outstanding job restoring the bumper to like-new condition, while also fulfilling my request to fill in the holes from the license plate and reflectors. They worked absolute magic on my poor Acura after it got roasted by fireworks — like, Fourth of July meets car barbecue. The paint match? Spot on. You’d never know it had a firework mishap unless I told you (which I probably will, dramatically, forever). But the real MVP moment? When I dropped it off, the dash looked like Times Square on New Year’s Eve thanks to a faulty gas cap. When I picked it up? No lights. Just peace, quiet, and a car that doesn’t scream “I have issues.” And as if that wasn’t enough, they even polished out a bunch of random marks on my car that had nothing to do with the firework damage. Totally went above and beyond — now my whole car looks better than it did before the fireworks even hit. 10/10, highly recommend!
