5 /5 Cameo Townsend: We love this place! I brought in 7 of us for walk in manis and pedis and they got us right away with minimal wait. The staff was so kind and did an amazing job. We will be back again!

1 /5 Tiffany Wilkins: Id give 0 stars of I could for the customer service I just received. While this wasnt my first visit, each experience has been 3 stars or less. This was by far the worst!!! I could write a book but Ill try to keep it brief. Lady owner was rude and disrespectful because even after providing pics, she got frustrated they couldnt do any of the designs I asked for. Im not to going to pay for designs that arent close to what I asked for. So the older lady came over screaming at me that I needed to hurry up because they didnt have time. That was an insult because Im paying you maam. This tech is going but is a grown woman and talks better English that the lady owner (I think theyre mother and daughter). So she could certainly speak for herself. Not to mention the guy nicked my cuticles at least 5 times during my fill and I had to reshape my own nails. My kid asked to sit in the pedicure chair, which to my knowledge was fine. However, once she and I starting having words, she felt the need to bring my kid into the conversation as if he was misbehaving while I was being serviced which wasnt true. He played on his laptop the entire time and was in his own world. They dont understand the concept of customer service. Im sure its partly due to the cultural barriers but I dont care. Ill never go back and hope you dont either.

5 /5 Amanda Powers: They are the only place that get my nails exactly how I love them. They never rush even when busy and the nails always last, I went elsewhere once and not only paid more, but my nails were so not what I wanted at all. Plus I lost one into my second week and they were so bad. I highly recommend them for nails and waxing. I love the quality and the customer service. Great selection, great prices and I guarantee youll leave happy.

3 /5 Mikah Rayne: During my pedicure service, there was a change in nail technicians without prior notice or explanation. Additionally, I was charged a higher fee for selecting multiple nail polish colors.
