However, when I came in today, I was surprised to find Id lost a significant number of lashes on one eye. The technician informed me that Id have to pay full price for a new set, despite offering 3-week fill options, and I just didn’t have enough to pay for a full set so we rescheduled on my next fill date. she then offered me $20 off my next appointment - but didnt apply it to the removal fee I paid today.
The technician removed my remaining lashes for $20, which I expected. But I was taken aback by an additional $20 reschedule fee, which I wasnt aware of. If Id known, I wouldnt have had my lashes removed.
The total cost of $40 for essentially nothing felt excessive. The lack of transparency about the reschedule fee and the initial cancellation has led me to cancel all future appointments
