Michelle Daniejs I have been going to Sterlings for about 15 years. When I first went in, I made it clear that as long as I felt they did good work and were honest with me at all times, I would be a faithful customer. Sterling and his crew have never let me down and have gone above all expectations in their work, customer service and humanity. Every time I leave the shop whether I’m dropping off or picking up my vehicle, I feel like I just had a conversation with a friend. This level of service can’t be beat. So very thankful for Sterling.

Jennifer Cartwright I took my car to Rods Auto Care to have my hybrid battery tested. I feel like my eyes were opened to how honest, comfortable and trustworthy auto repair service can be. Both Zach and Houston took time to give my car a good check up and to explain in detail with photos and everything, about what the car needed. It IS running better and I will be back to use their service in the future.

Starleen Lewis After going to 4 other mechanics who could not figure out what was the issue with my car. Manny drove it for 5 minutes, inspected for another 5-10, correctly diagnosed and fixed the car (we had to bring it back after part arrived). Honest, will tell you options and recommendations. Price is very reasonable. Best is to drive over if you need to discuss something, very courteous.

Cheresh Matt (MC) Jeremie went over and above with a very difficult problem on my 25-year old truck, for which parts are not readily available. He spent way more time than he charged me for. Thank you, Jeremie!!

Trademark Enforcer Tom has done work on my vehicle several times over the past 7 years and just recently as well. Hes smart, honest, knows what hes doing and gets the job done. When you get a quote from one of the chain / franchise automotive shops get an opinion from Tom as you will avoid a lot of needless over-selling of parts and labor saving you hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Or, just start with Tom in the first place. This fellow is your recommended go-to mechanic.

Brandon Nootenboom I purchased a new to me 2020 X7 that had been regularly maintained with receipts, but at 90k miles I wanted a professional opinion, recommendations and a full inspection. Upon speaking with Graydon, we agreed it would be a good idea to do a complete fluid and filter change as preventative maintenance. I am glad we did because as he suspected most of the "lifetime fluids" were pretty nasty. I believe that he is honest and has the customer and the vehicles best interest truly in mind. Thank you!
