Felix Espinoza By far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a jewelry store. The owner/gemologist was very knowledgeable, welcoming, and generous. Although my jewelry project was a small one, I was treated as a valued costumer. Additionally, Kim Khap Gems & Jewelry went above and beyond the call and completed my project the same day! I’m wishing God’s blessings over this establishment.
Rachel Mickey I took my engagement ring here to get resized. The lady handed me a key ring of different ring sizes and didn’t help. She mentioned they could do other sizes but she didn’t have a sizing ring for them but probably spent about a minute assisting, mostly just her grabbing the sizing ring and giving it to me. They told me it would be $25 and then when I went to pick up my ring it was $75!!! It’s still the wrong size since I received little help on sizing and they won’t resize it unless they pay the full $75 again. I’ll never take my expensive jewelry there ever again!
