James Ford Ive been hanging around the side of the church for about 20-25 minutes now. Waiting for my ride and probably looking suspect as heck but no one has came out to run me off. Like the majority of places. Yes even Churches do this now days,which I totally understand but what if the church instead of running someone off invite them to a service so you can tell them about The Lord?? Idk just my thought and I understand homeless people are not always the best people to have around. But I think Your God wouldnt run ANYONE off. Maybe Im wrong?? Anyways Im rambling 5 Stars because this church let me hangout and I appreciate that... I think Ill be back this coming Sunday for there service.

IkeaVEVO Pastor is too punk for me, and honestly the whole vibe of the place does not really fit my aesthetic. However, the sermon tonight was about making an effort not to treat church like a product, so, as a personal spiritual exercise in humility, Im giving them five stars.

James Salomon Ive gone to three services and attended a Bible study leadership class. The spirit moves here if you need the glass cathedral you wont find it here. But if you did need the glass cathedral you need to go here. There is love in the voices in the actions and the sermons. The pastor and congregation follow the word. If you decide to go, memorize, a verse from the Bible and give it to the pastor. Watch his reaction and you will understand.

MegaPeach12 I came to this church on the wrong day for a community event through a different organization and the church was having a potluck and invited me and my friend to the potluck even though we didnt go to the church. Everyone seemed really nice, outgoing, and open-minded. Also, they said if we liked volunteering we could help at community events and we dont have to be part of the church to do that. Ill be honest I havent had a lot of great experiences at churches, but due to how open and welcoming they were Id definitely recommend this church. Plus, they do great things for the community.

Hank Hohn East Park Church has graciously allowed our Boy Scout Troop to use their lovely facility as our weekly meeting place. The grounds are well kept, theres plenty of well-lit parking, as well as plenty of space for our meetings and court of honors. The management is quite accommodating of our needs, and all in all this space is great for our uses!

The Father’s House Church also has a great young adult group on Wednesday’s at 7:00pm that is a welcoming atmosphere which provides a free place of worship and encouragement. And there’s amazing coffee and the best baristas found in the church cafe.

The people are very friendly and easy to connect with, and with that the sermons are right out of the Bible. The church is very active and does events every weekend that are fun and exciting. kim crumley I have watched this church go from 5 to over 20. After last year when I lost 3 family members one was my support dog. I was reamed by the pastors wife for getting a pup, which has helped me out of the darkest time in my life. Before this happened and I was on good terms I chose to ignore the pastors wifes comments about my girls and their familys and how were toxic. If I had done this I wouldnt have no place to live and no family. Im not sure if I will ever step into another church ever again, if I do Im certainly not going to make friends with anyone because of all the Pain they caused me after all my losses. All the hurt came from me getting a pup and trying to heal from watching my last brother and my mom passed away just months from eachother. Im now so broken I dont want to go on with my life but I have to somehow

Gabriel & Candice Gallego If you are passive and not involved then this church may feed you but beware the ignorance when speaking of your past that can and will get you run out. A small group leader who never should have been found support in another immature leader of higher status to stoke fear of those above him. The loss is truly our children’s though growing up watching churches reject thier father but this church found that to be an acceptable loss despite being innocent. Stay away from here unless you were born and raised by this local church.

Micah Elledge I love this course. It is a pretty easy 9 hole, but with some good challenges. It is so awesome that a church has this amazing park and lets anyone use it. They are also very good about posting signs ahead of time if there is an event that will close the disc golf temporarily. Good job Glenwood Community church!

A truly emotional Stand-Out right around the Andreson and Fourth Plain community. Very soothing to fight the emotional turbulence that has invaded our community.

Danny S The Music is a little more like a concert than the reverent Holy Mass. And I am not a huge fan of drums and electric guitar and bass being used. Plus its mostly praise and worship Christian music rather than a catholic music. But of course the Mass itself is beautiful and the parishioners are very kind, welcoming and holy people. It is very traditional in the way they celebrate here. Traditional in the sense of contemporary mass now a days. It is far from traditional in the Roman Catholic Rite though. No incense, no organ music, no box shaped church. It is rounded and everyone is looking at everyone unfortunately. The collection is also done in a very non-standard way where parishioners walk down to the front of the church to the Santurary and put their money in baskets sitting on the floor. The idea is lovely but the actual activity turns into very irreverent high fiving, laughing, running, giggling and even outright chaos at times. I only attendant mass here when I cannot attend elsewhere only because I am a stuck up fuddy duddy who preferes Latin greggorian chant, organ music, incense and Traditional (with a capitol T) Roman Catholic Mass. The wood working for the ceiling is very beautiful though and the inside of the church reminds me a bit of something found on a Polynesian island. Almost reminiscent of a tiki hut in a beautiful way. The mass as a sacrament is always beautiful though and the priests always have deep reverence and are very friendly and down to earth!

di I grew up in this church and I think it’s beautiful and has seen some really great priests. I love going to confession here as well, but I would recommend getting there early because there tends to be a lot of people (which I think is good! :-) ) Also, I feel like they used to hold a lot more events in the 2010’s but I don’t really see much of that now. I can definitely see how it may not be feasible anymore but I just want to say that I loved that part of this community! Sometimes they talk numbers which I have found a little off-putting. Also, the 5pm mass is a guitar mass. I grew up with this and I definitely think it’s an important ministry to those involved, but to me now personally (as more of a traditionalist), I think it feels out of place with this church’s setting. I recommend the 9am mass though :-)

Sharon Lambrecht This is the best parish. The people are super friendly. The priest is amazing. Homilies FEED you. All their ministries are dynamic. The best parish in Clark County.

Mary Flannery God centered holy place. Reverence shown by Pastor and people toward Gods presence. The tabernacle is centered in the altar space. Where it should be.

Mr. T The church is very prepared with hand sanitizer, signs and social distancing markers. The staff was exceptionally responsible and made great examples for church goers. They did a wonderful job enforcing mask wearing and social distancing.

Port Land It cost most money but worth it! They accept me and only have to pay for services thats all. Good church.

Cascade West Though weve never attended service here everyone weve met has been exceedingly friendly and welcoming :) They make for some great neighbors! We absolutely love the large Heritage Park as it features some of great facilities (Baseball and Soccer) as well as walking trails and plenty of extra room in-between for picnics or relaxation. This park is a great place to spend some time with the family!
