I hosted a musician friend to come to anacortes and hold a musical service here- and it was a gift. Pastor Stephanie and the team here are incredibly social justice focused and truly are a beautiful contribution to the community. For years and years consistently they have hosted Sunday meals for the underserved. This church is truly the hands, feet, and heart of Jesus. Thank you WPC!

Various educational opportunities, lots of volunteer opportunities, and the church sponsors the Red Door Thrift Shop to raise money for local charitable distribution.

Cameron Cook We had our wedding here in January. Overall it was a great experience. Pam Hobson is amazing at her job and was a lifesaver. Sometimes it took a minute to get responses back from other staff members but overall it was all good! The church is beautiful and we were able to have our reception in the Father Auer center for a reasonable price. Super grateful that we could have our big day here. ❤️

Margaret Sukovaty Beautiful, welcoming parish. Full of young families. Crying room is comfortable and has speakers in there so you dont miss anything. Bulletin is packed with parish events and classes available to the parishioners. Bells are used during Mass. We didnt leave our first Mass at St. Marys without being approached and welcomed by 3 different people. We drive 30-40mins every week now, passing 2 others geographically closer Catholic Churches to celebrate the Lords day at St.Marys.

B. C. Went once. No welcome. No friendly interaction. Definitely felt like my kids and I didnt belong there. My teenage girl even felt uncomfortable. Just judgmental stares. Seems everyone there only cared about status and superficial interest. Will never go back and will never reccomend for anyone to check out.

Julia Kayser This church welcomes me whether Im in my Sunday best or jeans/t-shirt/messy bun. They never give me weird looks when my baby is noisy. I get to show up, hand him off to one of his many admirers, and just spend an hour singing and listening and thinking. Its awesome! The 9am service is my favorite because of the upbeat music. I also like all the outdoor events throughout the year.

Jo McMinn Why would any church have such a sign on their building? It’s the antithesis of Christianity. Why not talk to these supposed “loiterers” and see if they need help. More than likely they do. You are obviously not a “friendly” church. Shame on you!
