Robert David Dr Gupta and his care team use to be so helpful. As of the last few months they’ve been far from it. Continuously cancelling my appointments and nurses telling me I need to see the dr before he refills anymore prescriptions. Now I’m told he doesn’t have availability till next year. I have 2 autoimmune diseases that need to be taken care of otherwise I become hospitalized. But yet, what happens if we continuously cancel appointments as patients?

Gabriella Kohlberg Chelsea McCarty chooses to vehemently defend her team that repeatedly ignores requests of patients, misdirects them and lies on information required. They will dismiss everything you request then claim you arent "respectful" when youve had to contact 5 different outlets to get someone to appropriately fill out a simple order request rather than be ignored and delayed for weeks on end. They do not respond to urgent messages and ignore them from all departments that you follow up here. Even when the call center acknowledges the responses to messages were "inappropriate" from the providers side and that they "dropped the ball", she takes no accountability and blames the patients frustration for spending hours on something thats a 5 minute solution from their side if ANYTHING had been communicated properly. They cant even put an IV in without 5 failed attempts and bruising up entire arms to tears. Do not go here unless you want negligent care, no accountability and half sanitary conditions.
