Angelene Nededog I left my visit feeling confident knowing that the doctor was able to communicate the best medical plan of action to take with my concerns. I was given more information than what I came in for. The patients that it took to answer my million questions was very well appreciated. Thank you Doc!

Michelle Patrick My husband had a scheduled appointment at this clinic this week for a minor procedure. They called just as he was walking out of our front door to say that because it had been 2 months since he was seen initially they wouldnt be doing the procedure and would need to examine him to see if anything had changed. The reason for the length between initial consult and the procedure was that he had pneumonia late December 2024 and they procedure was scheduled for early Jan. 2025 and he was still not fully recovered from the pneumonia. Now we get to start all over again, this time with another clinic. OH did I mention that yes, there was a $400+ copay that he needed to pay BEFORE he was even seen? I called the office today to see just how long it would be before they refunded our copay. Well guess what? They didnt even initiate the refund, told me that I would have to contact the billing office and get that taken care of myself. So I did that, and to my anger, found out that it would take Multicare 1 -2 weeks before they would refund my debit card. Poor customer service from both this clinic and Multicare billing office. Shame on them

Amy Sarver My visit with Dr. King was very pleasant. Dr. King was very patient and explained what he was recommending next and why. It was very comforting to know that what I was sent in for his evaluation was not the reason for the problem I have been experiencing. He has suggested further testing before proceeding with a surgery that is not necessary. I look forward to hearing from Dr.King regarding what he finds and what he suggests. I really appreciate his professionalism and no guessing.

Michael Jensen Dr King and his practice are top notch. I felt my time was valued. My appointment times were spot on and was comfortable with every step. The Procedure and after care made me feel well taken care of. The Personal call from the Dr. was what sets this Practice apart from others.

Maria Gendusa Dr. Hou is VERY kind, and understanding, he does such a good job and has wonderful bedside manner. His staff is also very empathetic. My only problem is they never call you, so whenever I need to schedule an appointment I have to harass them, normally they wait to hear back from my insurance and then they call me, nope, I do that because if I waited for them it took them 6 months. Im not sure why, but I have to assume its because they are overwhelmed with patients. So 4 instead of 5 stars.

Sasha Grindstaff All staff receptionists, nurses and doctors are the most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people I have seen in one environment at one time. Going through something like cancer is very daunting and very scary but I always feel that my answers are met and answered and that no question I have is unacceptable or stupid. Or have absolutely no complaints or negative feedback to give everything I have is positive but most of all thankful for the help I am receiving. Thank you for guiding me through the maze of procedures that it takes to fight a horrendous diagnosis of cancer.

Kristen Miranda Stacey did not have good customer service at all. We as new comers thought the establishment was closed (due to reserved holiday) because there was no one in the lobby, doors were locked and no out to lunch sign. When asking her if they are normally closed at this time she stated " only until the 31st" . When I called the recording before she arrived it didnt state on there that they changed their business hours or would be changing them due to holidays. Communication would be nice, " new lunch hours see you at 1pm, " lunch from 12-1", "brb" etc. Besides that once we got back into the actual room with the RN Mary, she been great and her customer service is great!! ** When leaving Staceys customer service turned out great

I am a new patient and from my initial visit to my follow up, I have been impressed at the reception, wait time (exceptional) and the intake staff to the physician. I am lucky to have been referred by my primary physician to find Dr. Rasmussen. I highly recommend PDC to all in need of Dermatology.

Lisa Griffin I have always received top quality help, care and assistance from the staff ar Multicare. Even by those that I cant see! The schedulers. What a thoughtful bunch of people who try accomodate your needs. People like Dr. Shims Medical Assistant, Alyssa, smooths things over whenever need be. I prefer female staff, I was happily surprised by Doctor Bruce Gregg, M. D. It was a virtual visit. It was a very tough day for me. My husband had just been admitted into the hospital for congestive heart failure. Im handicapped and cant drive. So I called and explained what had happened. I asked if I could go virtual. And sure enough it was changed. Thank you Internal Care Clinic in Puyallup! Sincerely Lisa Griffin

He took his time, was informative, provided options and was very kind and down to earth. His nurse Noelle was also very personable. The members of the xray department were also very efficient and friendly. It was quite refreshing to experience top notch service all around.

Had no pain from shot for nerve block. Once home the doctor called to see how the nerve block was doing. Staff was great in treating my care beginning to end. Its been a week and feel great. Thank you Dr. Boyer and staff.

wendi B The front desk staff and MA were kind, informative and professional. The Doctor was knowledgeable, conducted a thorough exam- without it feeling rushed, took time to go over the imaging in detail with me. Clearly communicated a treatment recommendation, as well as possible further treatment. Answered all the questions I had, without seeming annoyed. I sincerely wish I would have been able to connect with NeoSpine earlier in my recovery, following a MVA. For the first time in a year, I have realistic hope of regaining function and restoring some quality of life back into my activities of daily living. God answers prayers in his own time ✝️

Walt Snover Always a pleasure to have Dr. Garcha as my physician. Unfortunately, this must have been busier than normal. My appointment was for 3:20 pm. I saw the nurse at about 3:35. After that, I was not able to see the doctor until 4.20. I want to emphasize that is was NOT the normal waiting time for the clinic. I will chalk it up to a busy day. Love this clinic.

Felicia Kern I hesitate to leave such a glowing review because I dont want this place to get too booked up lol ... My entire family had new patient physicals on the 2nd of January. My daughter and I were assigned to Kristin Williams, my husband and son were assigned to Chris Olmstead. Both providers were friendly and thorough. Im feeling very optimistic about having them as our PCPs. The receptionists and medical assistants were also very friendly. 10/10 will go again! :)

Cory Snider This is not a safe place for trans or disabled people! Medical staff was ignorant and dismissive of my partner’s gender identity, even after being informed over the phone before meeting, AND being informed during the appointment! The staff repeatedly misgendered them and used the wrong name and pronouns several times without making ANY effort to self correct or apologize! Also, don’t have rooms that can easily accommodate wheelchair use. Staff had to change rooms just before we were called back because they needed a larger room, but they all still bumbled about upon entering and exiting the exam room like they’ve never seen a wheelchair before. (For this, I admit they just trying to be helpful, but as medical professionals and providers, their help left a LOT to be desired.) They sent us my partner’s patient summary in the mail, along with another patient’s information. This information includes: Full name, date of birth, medical diagnoses, medications, upcoming appointment times, dates, and addresses, as well as other sensitive information. Doctor came in, would ask one question, not listen to the full answer, and repeat. Doctor did not care to hear any of the patient’s symptoms or needs. Scheduled a colonoscopy, and said, “do you have any questions about the procedure?” And when my partner explained they don’t know what to ask because they don’t know what to expect the Dr. said, “Just do the prep and you’ll be fine.” Very helpful, doc. This is especially infuriating because we assumed there would be some level of information provided about the procedure, but instead, with the prep paperwork they sent, there was a form claiming patient was informed and understood the procedure and the risks involved. ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE! This place needs to do a better job of EVERYTHING, including not violating HIPAA. Staff is terrible and unhelpful. Doctor is rude, short with patients, unclear about what you’re being charged for, and an altogether unprofessional provider. Would be 0 stars if it could be. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for anything. At all.

She gave us multiple options and calmed my mama heart. I’ve had many sleepless nights and tonight I know I’ll sleep well. Thank you Dr. Yu! We highly recommend and would give 100 stars if we could.

Steven Boyd I really dont like this hospital. Some of the staff are ok but seems like the majority are clueless. 14 years ago my daughter got MRSA from one of the staff. Today the ER Dr with a god complex refused to do a CT scan for my other daughter who has classic signs of appendicitis and told to come straight here from our primary ... When we get a CT scan that verifies chronic appendicitis believe me Im gonna be livid

We come all the way from Renton just to see him because he hears our concerns and can get us an appointment in a timely manner. His treatment plan and management is personalized and attentive compared to the Urgent Care and ER nearby. I come to him because he’s the best.

Hermajesty Jane First let me compliment the Nurses and the M.As (friendly, they do a good job) . Now let me start with the lady at the reception with curly hair, she is always so rude & not friendly at all. Secondly once they get you fill the paper work and get you checked in then it takes forever to see the Dr. And once the Dr comes he is NEVER friendly, does nit acknowledge the parents of the kid. I mean have some little courtesy and just say hello. We understand you just want to make money and move to next pt but just a simple hello or gesture will do. Then he will not even try to be friendly with the baby, he wants to do assessment on the baby when the baby is standing ( especially throat inspection is risky trying to ask a 2 year old to open their mouth wide and stick tongue out whilst standing) .Get the child comfortable or even have the parent hold the child for crying out loud. He is in so much of a hurry that he wont even give parents time to air their concerns. If you truly went to this practice and took an oath then kindly show it by how you treat your pts. Give the parents a chance to air their concerns,be a good listener, dont rush them and make them feel like their needs are important.
