N Blue A complete joke like most other large system health providers. Note the omission of ‘care’. I scheduled as a new patient because the website boldly proclaimed “accepting new patients”. Apparently, this was not the case as I found out upon arrival to my appointment, a mere month after booking. From their IT to their front desk I was once again able to experience ineptitude at levels I’ve only come to know with hospitals and clinics. I won’t say the Doctor’s name because it’s not his fault, merely those tasked with establishing patient trust in every other facet of the business. Thanks for scribbling the name and number of another Lourdes-associated provider for me on a post-it note. It’s in the trash bin across the hall. A waste of paper, waste of time, waste of money.

Nora Hastings I have had such a positive experience with Lourdes Family Medicine & Primary Care. I have been a patient for about a year. I usually see Caitlyn Uhnak, who is absolutely wonderful. She listens to my concerns and really tries to help me, not just brush off my symptoms. This week, I came down with Covid, and they squeezed me in for a same day video appointment, where I saw another provider, who was equally as wonderful. Office staff are also friendly when I visit. 10/10, absolutely recommend.
